Haha thanks so much Dyattz! Deadly can certainly work, but it's damage is a little on the lower side. We tried that out on stream last week. It definitely isn't a "bad" option for what you said you want to for. Also, another set to check out is Noble Duelist. Its easy to farm and its proc condition is just standing near enemies and it has quite a long proc uptime of 15 seconds. I think Storm/Noble would work well for your friend and if they aren't doing something like vet arenas where they will be running around a lot away from enemies to not proc the set, they should be able to keep the set proc'd easily. Hi there! First, thank you for the comment and apologies for the super delayed response. 🙏 I am just returning from being out from surgery. The base game has an ability timer that works well but I use the specific addon "Action Duration Reminder" that has just a bit different visuals. Both work totally fine.

Hi jan! That add on is called "GCD Bar." In the menu there are 4 options, you want to turn option 2 and 3 to "on" to give that effect. You are right its a very helpful tool for weaving timing and thank you for watching!

Ah gotcvhya. You can use something like Pillar of Nirn, Hexos, then use the Dual Wield spammable Bloodthirst. With just those elements alone, there shouldnt be anything you can't solo, that's intended to be solo'd. Can add on whatever else skills you think you need from there.

Hi Jessy! It can but it would be less damage. When you see FDB on a build like this with 2 bars, its not there because people intend to use it, its there for the Fighter's Guild passive Slayer which gives an increase to weapon and spell damage for having a Fighter's Guild ability slotted. They use the ultimate from the back bar, then go back to the front back to continue dps'ing.

Hi Jessy! Yes the parsing does use lightweaving in order to hit these dps numbers. I have a guide that is a bit dated now but most all of the information is still just as relevant. www.thegameroom.tv/guides-animation-guides If you are on console just ignore the addon section and if you are on PC the addon "Show Global Cooldown" has been replaced by the addon "GCD Bar" (or use the in game option for timers). @@ultragamer9323 Ah bummer I was going to suggest posting a parse and build screen shot in discord. We can usually find out what's going on in just a few minutes. I can say this though, if you are certain everything about the build is identical (gear, gear quality, enchants, enchant quality, race, cp, consumables used, mundus, etc.) then in my experience helping countless players with the same issue, it is almost certainly an issue with light weaving and parsing speed. You may be weaving well as you said, but the difference between "well" and "great" could very easily be the source of 100% of your missing damage. Since its almost a full 20k short, and if the build matches, its likely not going to be just from a console delay if you are experiencing that. That's not normally that high of a deficit. Without any way to be sure at this moment, if your build does in fact match exactly, then my gut tells me we can do a little better with parsing speed and weaving. Ive been in this exact situation before with a viewer who believed they were parsing very proficiently, and after we got to pick apart a parse screen shot, it turned out they had significant room for improvement in that area. I really wish console players had more tools at their disposal to help with this. I feel for you. I can imagine how frustrating it must get at time. I hope this helps!

Hi Corey! "Most" builds will accommodate oakensoul by removing the monster set and using and 1 pc monster set. Usually crit like slimecraw or any weapon/spell damage 1 pc. you prefer. Just make sure you dont have redundant buffs like brutality/sorcery/savagery/prophesy. Thank you for watching!

Hi jake! Since the Hybridization changes that went down, most builds use a mix of stam and mag skills and the resource used is what makes the most sense with the skills that were chosen (usually heavily influenced by the spammable thats chosen). Also, due to the food choices out there, many builds can be played either stam or mag with the same skills, so its just semantics of what color bar gets drained really sometimes. For example, you could use Magicka enchants and then use the food Cruntchy Spider Skewer (Max Magicka + Stam Sustain) and probably play this mostly the same, but its not "magicka." I hope that makes sense haha, just wrapped up a 9hr stream, brain is a little mush.

@@bladsharkz5249 Ah bummer, I was going to offer to have you post parse screen shots in our parsing channel in discord. We can usually find any issues in just a couple of minutes that way. If you are 100% certain every aspect of the build matches perfectly, then there are 2 things left: 1) Khajiit does change things slightly. Ill have to hop on the PTS to see exactly what needs to be adjusted and where for stats but overall its fairly minor considering you are 30k+ off the ceiling. Fixing the Khajiit aspect will probably add in another 5k or so. 2) The rest comes from parsing techniques. Ive helped people with parsing for 3 years now and 99.9% of the time when someone is confident they are parsing correctly, there ends up being significant areas to improve. If you are certain the rotation is correct then its a pacing thing. You simply have to push buttons faster. Most people hit their first major wall around .6-.7 light attacks per second (we can see this data on PC) and takes a good bit of work to break out from there in the .8 area and from there its just a tiny bit of improvement to get to the .9 - .94 area which is where the ceiling typically is. Considering all of that as well, xbox does habitually have a bit of delay for parsing so that may also affect your results bit a little bit. I know this isnt an answer but unfortunately, there is nothing more to do other than "keep practicing" if you are certain all the aspects of the builds line up the same. I wish console players had more tools to help in this area, I can bet its really frustrating.

Great ideas! But, this is tuned for end game content on the trial dummy and is close to pen cap. So if you happen to end up in an optimal group you will likely end up overpenning for damage. I tried what you are asking and pretty much all options that veer away from what is listed (weapon types, enchants, mundus, etc) results in a reduction in dps. Its not good to use your character sheet for balance, rather than the final result screen from combat metrics. if you have any questions regarding parsing, please feel free to join our discord and we can help in whatever way you like.

I should specify, Id like a between set that I can get most of the way to optomizing by just swapping mundus if possible. I got light Zaans, and on the infused back bar 2h I am currently hanging out at about 3000, 5600 on the front bar, but I feel the DPS difference when I run vet Vateshrans and was hoping some pen would help.

@@Dooma Thanks for such a detailed response! I now have Nirn daggers front Zaans helmet in light the rest medium and relequens with all of the pieces in mundus, my best parse on StamDk Is lurking around 74k, not awesome, not awful, I see what Im screwing up. But when it comes to single target burn in vateshrans I miss the Pen on the tether people, since you get body blocked and a lot of your damage as a DK is AOE. Id like my whip to burn harder, Im going to try and Front bar a gold Rele Mace and see how that does unless there is an easier way to hit cap on solo content at 18.2k. I loved the video and I really appreciate your time and advice :)

Hi Ric! If gives you more weapon/spell damage from the fighter’s guild passive slayer, making all your damage hit harder on the front bar. Just think of it as a steroid of sorts. It’s not necessary if you prefer to see your ult on the front bar that you will use, it’s just one of those .01% min/max things to squeeze every pixel out of the build.

especially flawles dawnbreaker for taking %20 dmg boosts for 20 sec again
