Jack Haley. I'm excited to see him in this. He was so sweet in The Wizard of Oz. Just a peach of a tin man. I've been watching the hearings on all the channels via RU-vid and this is a relief.
We found this in a discount bin Yeats ago, and it was my daughter's favourite movie when she was little. Still a great movie!!! Thank you for sharing it.

This is an enjoyable horror comedy which features a great cast. It's of the "old dark house" genre. Jack Haley is perfect as a befuddled insurance agent caught in a series of bizarre situations. Bela.....is Bela and has fun with that. A nice surprise.
I love this movie,,I watch it again,every now and then,,fun,, I love the Visual sarcasm of Bella lugosi,when he reply when I let the cat in from the rain,,what rain asks the other man,,Lugosi walks to the door and opens its, Flash of lighting,thunder etc, always amuses me,,

Bela enjoyed comidy eminsly and wished to had been able to do more in the fortey as well as serious drama.However he was trapped by Hollywood type casting as the one and only quentacential Dracula. To bad . R.I.P. Bella we will always love you.
