Espresso Martini -
2oz Vodka / 1oz Cold Brew Coffee / 0.75oz Simple Syrup
Cold Brew Coffee -
1 cup Coarsely Ground Coffee
4 cups Water
1 Mason Jar
Let steep over night for 12 - 24 hours. Strain out coffee grounds using a coffee filter or fine mesh strainer.
Moscow Mule -
1.5oz Vodka
0.75oz Ginger Concentrate
2oz Soda Water
Ginger Concentrate -
1/2 cup Ginger Juice
1/2 cup Lime Juice
1/4 cup Simple Syrup
1 Mason Jar
Simple Syrup -
2 cups White Sugar
2 cups Water
Bring to a simmer on the stove. Pour into jar or container and store in fridge.
