Love that Earl sings “We’ll be ready for these schoolboys,” then looks over and sees no one but Ramin wearing an dollar-store Enjolras vest and has to laugh
This was wonderful. I saw Ramin as Enjolras in the West End and made a point of remembering his name because he was so astonishingly good. And then years later I saw him as Valjean where he blew me away again.
Unusual to see Hadley as Marius instead of Grantaire (I know he played both, anyone have any Marius footage) LOVED Ramin donning the Enjolras jacket. Who is the Eponine, Sam Barks? And Cosette?
Just because I am a fan of Ramin & Hadley ,it has been 12 years.Take easy! And…Natalie May Paris and Earl Carpenter have both done in the concert, you forgot that.
How miserable and sad you sound! Very narrow minded. Not everyone has had the privilege of watching the original cast! Theatre keeps evolving, and long may it continue.
@madulaoblongata1903 What a sad, selfish and ignorant comment! Not everyone had the privilege of seeing the original cast. This is in China, and the audience is obviously delighted to see and hear Westend stars in their country. Theatre moves on, always new stars and performers. If it didn't, Theatre would die.
@@LesleyWells-ic6up I have no problems with the show as a show. The issue here will be the WORDS. It is a Communist Country. It will be interesting to see what China does with a show about Revolution! I loathe this because performers can be real hypocrites sometimes. China is an enemy. It is no different to me than holding Tony Awards in a Koch named hall. Do actors dancers and stars not stand for anything?
