Spot on they are stuck in mud, and on the rare occasion they do make an intelligent run you either can’t pass there because of the stupid OP press or they happen to be offside. Every rebound is a goal, every near post shot is a goal, every cutback is a goal but it’s impossible to defend it for 90 mins every game. Your AI will make a mistake or a pass won’t go where you aimed it and then the opposition is literally clean through on goal. Also please tell me how most attackers win the ball more than a CDM or CB. They’ve got like 60 DEF max and yet they steal the ball off your back line on high pressure like it’s nothing so dumb

imagine when you play with 40 ping and your opponent has 15. EVEN LESS REACTION TIME FOR YOU TO RECEIVE THE BALL

But you're attackers are also stuck in the mud. IRL if they were pressing like that a fast player would easily leave them for dust. There's this insane delay with players that turns them into Muppets. Bring back the gameplay where you could actually do 1 on 1's

For reference i play a full Bayern munich team which in real life likes to play with a lot of posession. I can't. Ai is always afk, no intelligent runs and don't get me started how hard it is to defend😑

@@InceptionFC understanding this isn’t what you want to see but if you cross from rb to Lb pass it to your cb and your cdm will be open move to the left and your cam will either drop back or make a run towards you so if you want your cam to stay up you have wingers on comeback, cut inside, come short

@@mrArod376 There are always "counters" to broken mechanics. What you described, is not football, is a combo from a Street Fighter game "right-left-down-up-up"

@@kabamaru77 also if you trigger a run on your st it will push back their defense and you will be able to move a little more if you trigger your cam for a run it’ll make your st drop and you can use this to play a pass to your wings

EA doesn't need to understand anything. They understand well enough and that's why the game is that way. It's working as intended. Go watch : "Let's go whaling" you'll understand why all their games suffer the same fate. I'll never forget that line " it's not good to have a game based on skills".

I don't think there is really any point of playing apart from champs pro clubs and career mode

I always used the RB feature, but this year it also feels somewhat broken - either slow reaction or not really working at times

That;s because of the 721 dept from the opponent. It's a glitch and has to be fixed
