I mean this in the best possible way: your tutorials remind me of how my Mom taught me how to do makeup growing up and it just makes me so happy to see someone preaching it's possible to do simple but elegant looks without 80 blending brushes and fifteen palettes. ❤
I love the idea of one color for quick makeup. I'm older and back in my day that's all we did was one color. I see all the tips and tricks now and am amazed at the changes in makeup over the last "um ha" 40 years. I love your videos. Thank you!
Yes, look at old movies, '30s, 40s, even early 50s. Then, it was highlighter either on the lid and color in the crease, or highlighter all over and color in the crease

Comes from our generation I think, so many browns & he's spoken about in past videos of he had a makeup line he'd have a half shade difference in a palette! We wore so much of it back in the 90s!
Yes! I LOVE these simple tutorials! I wish people did more of them! I definitely think it’s more realistic for an everyday makeup wearer. I mean unless you have the time everyday, before being productive. Like going to work Or in my case, homeschooling my kids & my private nursing case. I much rather do something along the lines of this, versus waking up EXTRA early to do some cut crease lol. Never mind that I’m not exactly a fan of that look. At least not on me or most people actually, in my opinion. Anyway! I can always count on you Wayne! Before I get ready to end my day, finish up laundry & shower. I’m TOTALLY gonna bust out a palette & try this!! Thanks !

Looovely shade of green, when you added the golden sparkle, changed the look 180°. Looked like a peacock feather inspired eye look. Lovely. Talented people can achieve great things with the most basic things.
I am SO for this! I’m super busy and hardly sleep so being able to create a whole look with one color. I also cannot do makeup that well so I really like that this look is fabulous and easy!

I have some of your brushes. I haven't used them. They are too beautiful. Can you do a video on blending. Im 60 and have a cosmetology license. In 1977 we had maybe 3 pages on makeup. More order then anything. Thank you. Sending you love and light.

Can you please do a video with your favorite shades from palettes that are good for one shadow looks!? Everyone is posting videos like this but with single shadows you buy alone. I feel nowadays everyone's using eyeshadow palettes. This video subject began trending abut this recently but you had this a year ago! You're the best.
