I just wanna say how adorable it was when clint went "rawrawrawrawr" towards the caiman. I just involuntarily smiled at that XD. I do wanna learn a lot more about that smooth fronted caiman. Potentially the best pet crocodiles? Depending on size, of course, and breeding efforts. Edit: never mind. They can get to 5.9 to 8.5 feet (after a quick google search). So scratch that thought process. Darn it, I was really hoping hot a pocket croc XD

The turnip tail reminded me of my old tokay. I had her for years, rescued her from a petco where she was just never bought because she barked her freaking head off. I thought her idiot barking was cute so I bought her and over about a year with a pair of welding gloves, hand tamed her to never bite. She became a total sweetie and really chill, never ran, never bit, barked occasionally when she was bored or startled. I miss her (she lived about 8 years), but I know getting another tokay to be that tame is practically impossible.

The way Amazon pygmy geckos walk remind me of how monitors walk. The banded tee anoles are so beautiful. Glad you didn't find an adult smooth fronted caiman or the momma of the little guy. Its really cool these guys are just walking around. You could hear that snap of his jaws even qith hoq tiny he was. Wouldn't want to get nipped by him. Have a great day

That's because your ancestors killed anything and everything that could have been a slight threat. To be clear, I'm not judging you for it, I'm just stating that as historical fact. In one way it's nice, you can go walk around the woods without much fear. In other ways it's bad, kind of sucks that the isles have much less biodiversity than other places. Also, did you know that you guys have breeding populations of big cats now? Thanks to people releasing their big cats after their ownership was banned in like the 60s or 70s. So do be careful out in the woods. You might encounter a freaking jaguar.

Hi Clint, I wanted to know how to make my yard more attractive to reptiles, I live in rural area in Chile with a big yard (5000 m2) and recently found a baby long tailed snake (Philodryas chammisonis) and various Liolaemus lizards and I want to see more because I've always loved reptiles. Also Liolaemus chiliensis really are Liolaemus? They are so different from the rest of the genus, and once they are used to being handled they are so chill, easy going and don't mind being petted almost as if they like interaction. I had a wild caught, by 13 year old me, until I found it was illegal 4 years later.
