We have this toss in our show it’s really not that hard once you figure it out (this is my first year in guard)

People keep getting mad cuz I’m new to guard this year and I keep learning stuff not even the seniors know but I also can’t do the warmups 😀

Just wanna ask if the bottom end pole is heavier than the top end pole?
