If you need to quickly secure yourself to an anchor, clipping a quickdraw, grabbing it with one hand, and then tying a clove hitch with the other hand is a good way to do it. There are lots of similar videos on RU-vid, most of them neglect to mention one important tip: it matters which direction the bottom carabiner faces. For me, as a right hander, I want the bottom gate facing to the right.

Tying a one-handed Munter hitch is the exact same motion, only you do it with the strand that's between you and the carabiner.
