Lol, Bosnia and Herzegowina not on the list of most pirated games. I never saw an original playstation disc while growing up, only heard playgroung rumors about them. Ps ones, sold in stores already with the modchip installed right out of the box. Most likely Sony never had any reports from that country, so they never knew.

Same here in the Philippines. If you had an original (unmodded) console and original (unpirated) games you were one of the rich kids lol. Everyone bought and used pirated games -- even gaming cafes, which are a big thing here. Even mall stores sold them, out in the open. I think the business has died out somewhat recently, probably because everyone can jsut download them now since internet speeds have improved a lot. My first unmodded console was the Xbox One, and actually buying the games made me appreciate the value of games and learn to support the devs. I'm all-digital now on my Series X.

Here is a not-so-interesting PlayStation fact: when I was a kid all my friends had a playstation and I didn't have one. I was super jealous even if I had a PC which could run stuff better than their console. It became an obsession, to the point that years later I learned about emulators and played all those old games I couldn't when I was a kid. To this day I'm still obsessed with the PS era graphics and the low-poly wiggly models.

I’ve been subbed to DYKGaming across multiple different accounts over the years since my friend showed me you guys in your first year of launching. It’s always been my favorite YT channel and I’ve never missed a video. In your latest update, you mentioned that you will be uploading once every two weeks with longer videos and my initial thoughts were mixed because I was actually hoping for shorter videos more often of about the 10-20 minute length. But the fact that you guys are seeing much more success with the longer videos and growing at a higher rate makes me more happy than my own personal preferences. I remember always being nervous that one day you guys would stop posting for good because even my friends that game as much as I do mostly don’t care to watch or learn about video game facts/history. If this approach keeps earning you guys more fans that appreciate this type of history/knowledge then I am all for it! It’s tough for me to set aside 30 minutes to an hour in a row now that I’m adult in my mid-twenties working all the time but if there is one channel that I can make time for, it’s you guys. I should probably reconnect with my old HS friend who showed me your channel and see if he still watches and maybe we’ll meet up again and binge some of your first videos; that would be awesome!
