Hey everyone! In this video I go over my 1 minute rule, which I TRY and use in every race. I emphasize "try", because rules are great, but ultimately made to be broken when the situation calls for it. The rule is simple, and as I explain in the video, can be used to cut down on massive downtime and wasted time during your next race, no matter what the event.
