Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, who is accused of killing 12-year-old Texas girl Jocelyn Nungaray, is set to appear in court Monday. He and the other suspect, 21-year-old Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, face capital murder charges. Federal authorities have placed an immigration hold on the two men from Venezuela.

Take a look at the cities of St. Louis, Baltimore, New Orleans, Chicago etc, per capita murder rates. They are higher than Venezuela. So when people point out they are fleeing violence point them to the failing US cities.

Umm no, this isn't reported anywhere. Sexual assault is heavily implied with details of her being tied up, pants off, and that they had her for 2 hours. They are not explicitly stating it yet because they are still doing forensic testing. They put her body in the water to get rid of the dna so it's taking longer to test.
