That is why I love wormholes. Most people tend to prefer this over the bigger fights IMO. the larger fights have more extremes like 100s of thousands of USD equivalent lost, so great for news articles and making fancy charts but the fight itself is so TIDI washed the experience gets ruined for me. I did a NS roam and the FC told everyone: If you play on high, turn it to law, you will not run well. Where's the fun in that, you just removed all the lovely graphics CCP has been investing in.
@@profanemagic5671 might be true for some machines that can only "just" run top settings so the added volume of textures really chugs them down, but if u have anything half decent Graphical settings aren't gonna impact the games server chugging lol
i love this stuff. This is why J-space is so much better than null. The fights aren't Tidi, but still intense, the bushido is real and much better, and even in a fleet this size individuals can still change the tide. Thats so much more awesome then being an F1 monkey in a x10 Tidi fight in null! Hurrah Wh'rs! Great job FFEW!
@@profanemagic5671 obviously i was joking mate but eve combat is kinda blant compared to other scifi games, ontop of that you have a 2sec delay because of server tick
Awesome fight. But the bumping battleships mesing up the nag tracking was really sad to see. Arent those mega/vindi looking thingies there to slow down targets, not speed them up? x)
Fights like this just don’t happen anymore anywhere outside of Jspace. Null fights you’re just deleted in seconds. Low sec fights your just blopsed and 25 supers fight your jackdaw fleet. Jspace is where it’s at
So cool , Thanks to show everything its insane to watch and just collect all of that priceless experience !!!! Respect to all of the pilots !! And that Boshido( sry for mistakes) This is so called , Profesional Game Play , its revial exactly Who is the Winner / the Best and who is Looser/ newbe(alliances/corps/(coalitions where can only destroy ...instead of to Build Up More )/ Cheers for video !
Hopefully you don't find this derogatory. But I have never played Eve Online - I did see Down the Rabbit Hole / Fredrik Knudsen's explainer - and find this a perfect background video while I'm at work. :D
Been playing off and on since 2016 , first time some one's told me about it. I bet those can get crazy with how many toons nullsec corps have. 500 v 500 this sunday? Winner keeps loot lol. win, lose, doesn't matter have fun do it again next week. One thing i specifically like about wormholes though is it tends to limit fleet sizes, we get big fleet yes but we rarely trigger tidi, all our fights are real time which i like. I was on a nightmare fleet into NS, super cool, but super tidi-y also.
Just some advice since you're running neuts, have the bhaalgorns start neuting the secondary before you switch to it in a situation where you can't break the primary, this'll knock the hardners off before you begin attacking, rather than waiting for the hardners to cycle and then switch off, can apply much more damage quickly before logis can get reps in.
If they are big, it does not mean that they are good. And you again had more than 30 pilots than them, obviously better FC + you also had dreadnoughts and if i see good also one apostle...
yeah thats been mentioned, I wanted to show the whole thing at least once, most my fights i post have 0 cuts, they just so happen to be 16-25 minute fights, with how heavy some wormhole fleets get our brawls have been lasting hours lately. Next one i cut out some parts and got it down to an hour.
its just a HAW Dread, so it applies like a battleship but does like 2-4K DPS. was just something FFEW puts on grid to entice large groups to come out and brawl. Come try and kill the dread kinda thing
no, EU tz has far more people online, lots more pvp. US tz is so dead in wormhole space at times we rat and rat and rat. Dual tz corps ive been in, the EU side complains to the US side how much more we get to rat than them
Blue team is fighting in the hole they live in, so mass isnt a factor. Red team is using mainly a T3C fleet with some Rattlesnakes by the looks, you can pack hundreds of T3cs through a wormhole. they had 3 Billion mass to play with, as some point i think you can hear the hole roll so I believe they did hit the mass limit or we forced a roll.
As a casual high sec small corp guy this looks overwhelming. Its so much isk being tossed around my anxiety is out of control. How hard is the transition from casual to something like this?
Wolves has a pretty crazy 100% SRP on all FCed fleets so once you afford to buy a doctrine it lasts quite a while, even when you take a loss here and there. Gotta die doing solo or small gang stuff for the corp to not cover it. Access to C5 space makes ratting some of the highest isk per hour stuff easy.
As far as I can tell, having been in 0 fleet battles ever, There are ships repairing and preventing the targets from being destroyed. By swapping you are trying to destroy the enemy before their support ships can target and start repairing them. There are ships trying to disrupt their defensive fleet, and the damage dealers are trying to overwhelm them. I'm beginning to get an understanding of what goes into these fights and it's incredible
You can Heat your weapons. When heated Weapons can shoot faster and/or Harder doing more damage. Heat will build up and can begin destroying the module that is heated and the heat can bleed off into the modules next to it. A burnt out module cannot be used.
