One of the BIGGEST Moments in My Life: Meeting Prince 

Prince is deep, period!!! 👑 He was so intelligent and authentic!!!! I will always love this brilliant musical genius!!! Alicia Keys picked the right mentor to help jumpstart her career....good for her!!! Smart move 👍😍💕

Prince was the GREATEST musician and showman that EVER walked the face of the Earth.

The way she speak of Prince with such admiration is the exact way i beam when i try to explain to someone the impact her existence has had on my life!

Her energy is contagious 🌹🧬🪞🪬💯

Huge fan of Prince not only his music but his persona and his style and his attitude like “love me or hate me attitude because he knows there is nothing like him. Among his music love I love Purple Rain and Traci’s tears and his unforgettable performance on stage was when he played @While guitar gently weeps with Tom Petty and company .that sick guitar playing is unmatched to this day and I love his shoes and his outfits .after he died I collected all magazines about him.

This was one of my favorite parts of the book! How you feel about Prince is exactly how I feel about you and the impact you’ve had in my life💜💜

And I'm sure from having that rare opportune opportunity you haven't been the same and it probably feels like it happened yesterday. Wow what a special gift to receive from the one & only "Prince," someone who you admire, adore and look up too, truly that were a rare moment of a lifetime that you could only dream of experiencing and from the looks of it, it has left a mark on your smile, ,( you was grinning 😀 the whole time that You was reading the passage) a long time lasting one thou it seems, 😊 like a forever smile. And that's definitely a priceless timepiece to keep that you'll re-live each time you remember "Prince" and with that smile. I can't imagine meeting someone famous like, "Prince," but I'm sure that you probably had sweaty hands and butterflies in your stomach and your heart pounding and skipping beats and maybe feeling like you're about to explode with joy and shout and scream at the top of your lungs, I know that I would have been like all of above. And screaming that this can't be real. Wow The one and only, "Prince," WOW this is too cool & too Good to be true but it really happened for you and you really did shake his hands now that is totally amazing. Beautiful reflection by one of the best musicians (the best to me) in the modern musical era of recorded music. I was a fan on Day 1 at the age of 8. My father hated it, but when I heard Soft and Wet, I knew he was special, especially when I read the linear notes. Met him in Chattanooga, TN -- one of the best days of my life. Triple Threat Tour - when he signed autographs.

Great Alicia! I have no knowledge of the workings of the music industry; just a fan. For artists to support each other has to be valuable. Prince, to me, was the greatest musician of all time.

I purchased ♒ Alicia Keys Autobiography in 2020 during the Winter months as a personal gift for myself when my baby brother was still alive & I remember reading the chapter about Prince which was , I believe, an endearing sentimental tribute to the impact he made to both fans like myself & artistic entertainers like ♒ Alicia Keys WHOM dared to make it in that industry as Prince did before them....♒ Alicia Keys never allowed her unreleased album with another record label dim her dreams & with J records she managed to gain not only an album release as well as a Prince remake hit but she gained a successful debut album....I am so glad to hear she own her own label like Prince did..Way to go ♒ Alicia!!!

Miss that man, so glad he gave us so much while he was here, not the least of which are those he inspired and motivated to share their gifts as well. Thank you Prince and thank you Alicia.

I love me some Prince, I remember the day he passed, I was at work in the break room, I almost cried when I saw what happened on the break room television. RIP Prince.

I'm glad you brought that subject up my sister of so many feelings. That's in a good way, one can use it to help themselves. What drives people of the success level that can take their minds to go to other higher hicks in life, to take the last dead end road in life. That we can go.back for centuries to find the same acts from so many successful people.
