One of the biggest Streamers of Paladins has been banned? 

Just for the record. What I am trying to say with this video is just for evil mojo to be straight forward and transparent with the community. If there is an unknown reason for tarden staying banned etc, then the community knowing about it would end all of this drama, would it not? If there is not an extra reason, then just stating that indeed it is justified etc would also be fantastic. But just something. Otherwise people think they are ignoring them and that doesn't look good

I've been hated by the NA community for some years now. Thanks for 2 major reasons: First, the reruns. People fail to understand that this is not only a common practice among Brazilian streamers (since Twitch pays us shit) but it's also not against any ToS. For example, one of the biggest streamers in Brazil and in the CS community, Gaules, has been doing reruns for years now. No one has ever been banned for doing reruns with or without drops. And second, they also hate me because of lies spread by z1 and other streamers like InfernalDrogoz (She accused me of view botting) so we have NA streamers wanting me to get banned (once I saw a clip from AndrewChicken on my stream when I was trolling 2 cheaters/trolls on my team and the clip name was something like "Tarden trolling match by not healing" and we also have the NA community wanting me banned too because they believed in the lies and fail to recognize my work through these years and think that all I ever did was reruns, some labels me as nothing more than an AFK streamer, despite me streaming like every single day and getting massive numbers. I never broke any ToS of Twitch, Paladins, or Smite. When they told us that partners couldn't do reruns with drops, I quit the program and continued with the reruns. On Smite, there is no such rule, and also nothing in the ToS that says I can't do reruns. So which rule I truly break?

I just don't understand how we can have cheaters that exist for literally months and months with nothing, but a streamer who genuinely elevates the game can be banned for something thay didn't even happen in game. This is just a joke.

basically the biggest Paladins LATAM Streamer got perma banned for something he did out of the game and isnt even against ToS, after that they refused to give the true reason behind the ban, ignored the Streamer and the community asking for clarification/reduction of the ban... Evil Mojo just delivered the killing blow to the South American Paladins community

Tarden went live almost every day doing Paladins lives, even though many on his lives supported him to stop playing that game, unfortunately he stopped playing not when he wanted to, but when Evil decided it was time... Everyone who says he was toxic or something is lying, because they heard it from someone random who also heard it from another random person, and they probably took it out of context. I never saw him being toxic the way people say.

Tarden got banned for doing smite rerun, but Z1unknown got unbanned, even tho he streamed drunk and has been super chauvinist to his gf...

Thanks for talking about the Tarden situation, im a brazilian, and he was my favorite paladins content creator, very unfair what happened to him and the neglect of Evil Mojo...

Having insight into all that happened, I can confidently assert that Tarden did not violate any rules that was of public or his knowledge. Since becoming a Paladins content creator, he has consistently adhered to the guidelines set by Hi-Rez. Some of us feel compelled to bring up the z1 situation because it highlights Hi-Rez's double standards regarding the South American community. We often feel overlooked and marginalized. Despite z1 breaking the rules not once, but twice, and receiving two permanent bans, he was eventually forgiven. In contrast, Tarden receives a permanent ban for a rerun without even having the chance to understand their stance on this decision. How can this be considered remotely justifiable?

Dude was trying to make a living in a hard situation. Z1 was drunk, xenophobic and completely out of his mind with his gf and got 1 day banned. This is so unreal for me as a brazilian that I don't want to play this game anymore now that I know that my favourite streamer won't be in the community anymore and the company of this bugged ass game don't give a shit about my country nor the players in it

Bro Evil Mojo is dumb, I recently got banned for speaking to Russians they said "I love the UK" I replied with "I love Russia" and I got banned for being nice.

they literally banned me for replying back to a person who wished cancer upon my family and being too toxic, the insults i said were so trivial to the point they marked it as offensive and won't read my appeals ever lol. the person was not banned and I confirmed it was him who reported me via support ticket, cropping chat logs of him being toxic and they took his word for it. After months of battling to have payback i gave up knowing this is a hopeless company.

Essa situação é tão triste porque demonstra o quanto que a Hi Rez/Evil Mojo se importa com a player base deles, estive jogando esse jogo desde que eu era um pirralho e essa situação que nem ocorreu comigo, simplesmente me deixou sentindo um lixo...

They already have a dying game and to make things even worse they ban one of the last big content creators from a country is just mind blowing.. Sometimes looks like they wanted to kill the game, not only that but Paladins fell to less than 4k while the "other game" we all know is over 25k. But the problem is not only that but what everyone is saying, if a guy that did and said bad things and was rac1s then someone who was just streaming got banned? Or let the two banned or unban him which is the most common sense thing to do, he already went to OW2 and I bet most of the Brazillian community will abandon Paladins too, not only because of him but because of the game in general, even I started playing OW2 a few months ago because of the game problems and to be honest didn't watch Tarden for a year or so, but I recognize his job just like most game content creators, its not easy to be streaming almost everyday for hours to make little to almost no money.

I was already looking for reasons not to invest in paladins or evilmojo, I found one when they banned one of the few streamers who bothered to play this game. This game is good, being driven by stupid people.

Someone within the company had a bone to pick with Tarden and finally got into a position they could use to perma-ban him. What makes no sense is the perma-ban across all Hi-Rez games.

If I ran the EM division at hi rez god the layoffs would be insane. How do you go OUT OF YOUR WAY to fuck things up like this and maintain employment. There’s not a day I log on where this isn’t sitting at the back of my mind.

Ye they ban some big People recently idk why and why they keep ignoring their request. I got banned as well with the Title of the Highest Maeve EU and my Community going nuts on that as well. I wonder if they allow to appeal your Ban for a good reason. But i highly doubt that will happen. I just wandered off to For Honor and other games since i ain't happy about the recent Evolution of my Favourite Main Game.

This is so unjustified, no reason for someone who’s advertising the game (something hirez doesn’t do) to get banned for a stupid reason like this.

This isn't new behaviour. This game broke me. I've had 6 accounts banned. I never curse, never throw, am always positively encouraging players in game/ranked. 5 of the accounts were banned for what I said. Asking for an example in the most recent ban I was given me saying "You are an extremely ignorant person" to someone that called me slurs and told me to kill myself. My Last account was banned for hacking, they gave no route for appeal, no further information, just told me I need to appeal through easyanticheat but refused to give me my account ID that would allow me to do so. I've played since beta and been an advocate for this game. Its been one of my favourite games but evil mojos arbitration team is cancer.

It was somewhat unnecessary to involve Z in this conversation. Although I completely agree the ban was unfair on Tarden, I don't watch Z, but I know what he did was wrong. Simply saying, if X guy didn't get banned for Y comment, then why ban the other guy for whatever reason he was accused of, could lead to using this argument for every unfair ban on any person in the future, which is not fair. Take another example of Dr. Disrespect; I'm sure you know what he did, but you can't hate people for mistakes they made in the past. People can change and better themselves. But continually pointing out their past and belittling them for the rest of their life is the worst thing to do to someone.

I mean, it is not about being big, but he didn't do anything particularly bad that he should be _permabanned._ Temporarily banned? _Maybe._ Permanently? Definitely not!

Dont expect much from Evil Mojo look at the state of the game, they dont care, they never did, the game its a mess and their communication was always the worst, the only thing they know how to do is to make a certain community happy and its not paladins community and that is it, its sad to see that creator being disrespected like that and what he did to make it like the game never existed is the best thing and whenever spoke about the game trash it down, dev team is way too incompetent, there has not been 1 fcking good thing they done.

It would be intresting to know what hirez told him when they removed his partnership. I don't even play paladins anymore, but if we don't have the full informations, we shouldn't judge actions. What if Hirez told him that he needs to stop, or he would be banned? Should we justify him cuse he needs money to live? Idk, as much as i want to do that, it's something that would make me feel like and hypocrite (because there're rules, and those should be respected). And for some reason i don't think comparing different situations gives you the right solution, yes z1 should've been banned, but think about it, this guy did the same action not once but twice, and now he's surprised to have consequences?

So heres my take: People like talking about making change, yet rarely ever do anything to actually affect a change. You are a very large streamer, fairly well-known in the community, and have had personal interactions with the devs. You are already on your last nerve for paladins, so why not stand up for the other guy? Make a petition and ask your viewers, (and tartans) to sign it and tag every dev from evil mojo and hirez that you can reach. Hell, throw in every community manager and dev from the past as well! Call them out and demand, at the VERY least, an explanation. What have you got to lose? Do something, Creepers. I'll sign the damn thing
