It can be hard to find but if you Google "initial SSGSS" then you should find an image of the page in which he explains all four of them. But what you'll basically find is an aura transformation across three states and a technique that can be used while in any of the three aura states. That technique is the sealing of aura within the body. The names Toyotaro gave were "initial SSGSS", "advanced SSGSS", "mastered SSGSS" and the "completion of the SSGSS form".
