The reason why Sanji is getting crap for this is because there were a lot of arguments claiming that Ifrit Jambe equals Zoro King of Hell, and that sanji be capable of doing a similar feat to what zoro did to kaido (leaving a burn scar or something). There was also the argument that Sanji blue flames are hotter than Kaido flaming drum dragon, which Luffy couldn't even touch. It really just comes down to overhyping Sanji, and getting proven wrong.
