I recently attempted broccoli cheddar soup and it was a disaster. This recipe is right up my alley as one of our favorite family meals is pasta and broccoli made with shell noodles. The cheddar cheese will be a delightful twist.

Peel the broccoli stem, chop it up and add it in. That part of the broccoli is super sweet and tender, delicious!
