My sister shared this recipe with me and I loved it. I didn’t have the sausage but I used bacon and chicken. I also didn’t have the cream, so I used half and half.
I made this over the weekend with regular kielbasa and it was phenomenal! So creamy and delicious, and very quick to make! It will be in my regular rotation for sure!

Looks beautiful as always, Laura. I tend to steer away from basil with my fresh spinach. I don’t know why. Maybe because I’m heavy handed on both of them. This makes me comfortable to do both, balanced. I gotta try it.
great recipe. Thank you. I tried this today for dinner and it turned out delicious. I couldn’t get pre cooked chicken sausages so I just simmered them in a pot of boiling water for about 15mins then chopped them up. I also added some sliced peppers and a little Sauvignon blanc just wondering if you wanted to add mushrooms at what point do you add them?

Edit: Finally made this today, 14 October 2023 Easy to make and taste great. Suggestion: Before you start cooking anything in the pan, have everything cut, chopped, minced, measured, weighed, sliced, diced, and lined up in the order of use in advance. This meal comes together fast.
