A one-pot family meal which is ideal for those busy evenings as everything is cooked together and only takes 6 minutes under pressure. To feed more people just double or triple the ingredients and cook for the same amount of time
My recipes are suitable for any Ninja Foodi model as long as you have the mode required and you can use an Instant Pot to cook my Pressure Cooked meals.
I use the Ninja Foodi 15 in 1 model which has every cooking mode and i love it!

Hi S , I made this with quorn mince .mt mother said it was the best beef bolognaise ever 😂 I will try half beef and half red lentils next ..often done in Italy (with fusilli)

This will save me time doing it via pressure never considered it before, thanks. Something I add to my Bolognese recipe and worth a try is a table spoon of red currant jelly. Adds to the flavour.

Hi. We are going to attempt to make this tonight We want to batch cook, so it will be 1kg of mince. How long would you pressure cook for? We can't wait to try it. It looks delicious 😋

Hi, I always tell everyone with pressure cooking as long as the piece of food remains the same size ie. Chunk of chicken/piece of pasta/beef mince broken up then it doesn’t matter on the quantity the cook time will remain the same. If you are cooking a large batch you will find that coming to pressure will take long and therefore the release. Just don’t go over the max line and you should be fine. The only time you need concern is if it’s taken such a long time that your pasta could overcook.
