Bengal gram dal 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Onion 🧅 1 chopped
Curry leaves 1 spring
Tomatoes 🍅 2 chopped
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Ridge guard 1/2 kg

Very new recipe!I should try it soon.U could have given one tip in this vlog.While cutting ridge gourd,one should taste & then proceed to cut because some gourds taste bitter.This tip should be useful for all beginners.
