Made a variation of this with different veggies it came out addictive

Going to prepare this tomorroow with all the vegetables i haVe in the house.... looks and I am sure will taste incredible especially with the cheese added.. i prepared the pasta already for tonight but we got home late. Really looking for to lunch tomorrow. IF AND WHEN WE HAVE CORIANDER I would definately use in this recipe.Thank you.
