The "Entity" that is seen under god's painting is Monster King Orichi. That was from a redraw by Murata of a previous chapter; the one where he fought against Saitama and lost.

Flashy Flash's ego must really be taking a hit lately. He's supposed to be the fastest person and yet the last three people he's attacked have all countered him. Saitama, Blast, Garou.

I've always found it interesting that through the series despite Saitama being the main character he's setup as more of an antagonist and despite being a mostly secondary villain that Garou has always been shown in more of the protagonist role. Saitama is that immovable force that he keeps smashing against. That he keeps using as his measuring stick to test himself on. He keeps failing but keeps being allowed to live and grow stronger. I enjoy that sort of subtle subversion.

There's a part where Flashs attack is just short of Garous face and unable to sever Platinums choke, hence him being weakened without his sword, and that looked like King Orochi's tail

The mural with the centipede esc tail is orochi. If you look back, one of the redrawn chapters(on some sites i think it was like 120.5 or something around there) had orochi and saitama fight in this underground lava chamber. the mural dictated that ‘when a worthy sacrifice if offered, our god will be resurrected’ and at the time, the god part of it was covered by rock, so orochi thought it was for resurrecting him. Orochi lost to saitama and was more or less killed on the altar and that is the beginning of gods resurrection. Psykos goes on to uses orochis body but all that gunk down in front of the altar is the offer of the strongest being(orochi) to resurrect god. :)

the monster that appeared in front of the God painting was king orochi or at least his tail. you can tell by the shadow & looking at the tail of the monster below god in the painting they are the same.

Even though all of this is legit, I hope Murata really emphasizes Garou as being THE villain of this arc

hear me out... what if while saitama was first training, he had made a deal with a god, giving him their power, but in return they have to rewrite his memories, which is why he had gotten so strong off of a basic cardio-workout. In addition, the god had only made a deal with saitama so that he could live on. Furthermore, as saitama would get older, he gets more powerful, but the god gains a tiny bit more control over saitama, until he is later resurrected in saitama's body.
