And since the reason why Ei took him away because he was too weak to hold the gnosis, so Dottore made a meka for Scara to hold it, the Meka is controlled by Scara since there was wires around him at the end of the bossfight. Making the creator's comment true, he used his original element until Ei imprisoned it, and then he was given an Anemo vision. Plus his gameplay showed him using Anemo purely.

if there is anothr healer in the team furina heals also the others. like if you have furina and barbara on the same team and furina is max healed, it automatically heals the others.
