I have a question out of curiosity -- in one of your videos, you mentioned the Ayurvedic principle of not consuming raw and cooked foods, as the raw foods take longer to digest making overall digestion of food sluggish. If I haven't gotten it wrong, don't you think consuming soaked fenugreek pre-meals to slow down digestion for "better absorption", as you pointed out, poses a similar risk?
