@@martinavega9536 hahaha originally they wanted Lucas to be great at basketball in real life too but when they found Chad, they had no choice but to cast him even though he couldn't play
probably this is the last teen drama with strong values in terms of depth and character development. All the following teen drama are only base about being popular and mean. There's no soul in teen dramas anymore
i feel like they don't even make teen dramas anymore. i know there's riverdale, but they all have some sort of supernatural or superhero element now. there's nothing like the oc or oth these days.
it is but the coach would have been pissed at him for doing the not only a no look but turned his head and shot the FT. Great for drama and for the scene but also has some BS on it. lol some of the best scenes.
I love when Haley looks at Nathan and the beautiful smile she gives him. It shows the depth of how unconditional and how powerful their love to each other is. You can just tell so much in this scene. Very awesome scene
Honestly, this is probably my favorite episode of OTH. A fun episode about basketball (the entire premise of the show). Some adorable Naley moments. Some good old Brooke/Rachel and Deb/Dan drama. Jake and Peyton
Both the scott brothers are gorgeus as hell! and from s1 i fell in love with Lucas. But this part right 0:37 here made me fall for Nathan😍 that smirk he gave flashing his dimple was just soo sexy... man! this guys deserves all the happiness in the world. And the way Haley jumps into his arms is soo adorable.I wished i was her this very moment.
Honestly does Nathan truly loves Basketball? I mean he quit because his father was pressuring him, then joins the team again to beat Dan at his score, but then he says that he truly love basketball. So I am honestly confused...
The same with asians. As kid you love music, maybe you affine and you starting praticing. Your parents notice your talent and you learning with famous teachers. You play all day and night 10h/ day. No time for friends or fun. You doing sport to get fit, you doing concert and International events and talentshows. Your parents are proud if you are great but dissapoint if you doing misstakes. In the end you start hating music and quit. But in a while you starting again but for your own goal. Maybe no more International, No more pressure. Is just you and the music same feeling you had as a child. Nathan loving basketball but his father couldn't never reaching NBA for himself so he makes his crushing dream, the dream for his child. For Dan, Nathan was his tool to fullfill his own dream. If Nathan team winning with 5 points, why the dont win with 10 or 15 points. Why Nathan missing his shot in the 3rd half. Why did Nathan pass the ball and dont do it for himself? For Dan it was never be enough. Nathan was never good enough. Nathan was good and becoming stronger. Always achiv his next step, till he play in the NBA. Because his father, Nathan learing what discipline and hard working is. But he also losing his love and fun for this game. The last Part of this scene, where he dont even Look at the basket, because he practicing as child so much, but he enjoying the moment. His personality and creativity bring him this foul. His opponent is his oder ego of himself, what he could become, if he dont break out and dont meeting Haily.
yeah but after dan killed him he realized it was a grave mistake and in reality he really loved him and regretted about it for the rest of his life. i have a brother and although i would never ever shoot him or cause him serious harm, there are times when i just want to punch him right in the face but ultimately he is my closest and best friend who will be by my side for the rest of my life
the lil smirk Nathan gives n then looking away as he makes the one freethrow. throwing a flashback sceen with dan is amazing too. no matter how shitty dan is he did start nathans luv for bb.overall amazing scene!
Bro, I'm on my third rewatch and one week ago bought my first ball... A Wilson to go, and start practicing this beautiful sport... Specially at night...
Ya know what else I like about this show to? It's seriously one of the rare and I mean I can count on less then half a hand examples in a show like this where the main couple not only are together for the whole series and all there lives, but never like cheat on each other or anything if i recall correctly...heck even my favorite drama show like this which is probably Roswell from 1999-2002 even in that show which wasn't nearly as well "raunchy/intimate" lets say lol at times but even in that show the two main couples who were absolutely awesome had a couple problems with that kinda stuff, but with Nathan and Haley here none of that genuine loyalty and loving relationship Long term very cool thing. First 4 seasons of this show especially are just some of the best ever!.
For sure, first 4 seasons= nearly perfect, season 3 was the absolute best, season 4 also very good to, They just dont make em like this anymore, and likely never will again, I swear Roswell/Smallville/and One Tree hill especially the first 4 seasons are the best shows like this by far.
wait a second, i always wondered the ref heard a coach telling his players to foul, i'm sure that's not good coaching as fouling players is a sign of a shitty team who can't win with skill

Well you cant say Damien West wasnt competitive lol, he waved off his coach and the whole plan they drew in the timeout and decided to end it all right there by clamping up Nathan. His defense wasnt great though and Nate shot a 3 in his face, with the only consequence of Damien’s strong contest - a and-1
Bruh if I was on the floor I’m fouling Nathan on my own, not gonna have me running till I puke the next few practices cause homie thinks he has HOF Clamps ☠️

The best thing in life are free, sorry but I respectfully disagree. Everything that is worth a damn has a cost. There is no such thing as free Bahamas trip, ask any gold digger. Ask yourself.
