The Irish Guy takes a look at every Premier League club and finds one unpopular player who they should sign, including the likes of Romelu Lukaku, Sergio Ramos and David De Gea. Business enquiries: irishguybusiness@gmail.com
Irish Guy still hasn't contemplated life as a flush Newcastle fan. He's been getting hard ons for any Newcastle player with a bit of flash to them for years, and the latest one was ASM. He still thinks what Newcastle are up to is a fever dream and he still thinks they're the Newcastle of old. Or something.
This man said Eddie Howe wants structure, discipline and tracking back, which is why he should leave Newcastle only to then turn around and recommend Arsenal. Where Arteta also wants that kind of workrate
@@victorkreig6089 Firstly if ASM isn't good enough to be a backup at Newcastle, then he surely isn't good enough to be one at Arsenal. Also, just cuz Arsenal had luck with such players in the past doesn't mean every other one who plays like that will get the same treatment. Finally why spend any money on him when they already have Pepe at home
ASM is a good player and would do good at arsenal where they have always thrived with players like him Rice will flop because Arteta is trying to build a very non-arsenal setup at the club It won't work and he'll have to start all over again Classic Bottle FC
Even MLS don't want him. Rooney told him to shove off when he asked if he could join them for training. Beckham never saw a European he didn't like tho and let him come down to Miami to work out.
Maguire to West Ham is not really that unpopular to be honest. There's been reports about West Ham wanting to sign him for a permanent deal since the last 2 days.
I will add that the only reason Santi Giménez didn’t go to Qatar was because we had an incompetent coach. Just last night he came on for 15 minutes an single handedly win us the gold cup final. He’s a good player, got much better after the World Cup snub
Bringing the daily mourinho news to the Irish guy Roma won their first pre season game 4-0 with Aouar scoring on his first game at the club El sherawy who is a key player in that squad extended his contract this morning making him the 4th roma player to do so this month. And Roma are very close to get Moratta as a striker. The mourinho project seems to be going full swing for next season
@@footballhipstertvSince then 2nd place in the best league in the world with a post Fergie record breaking 81 points Europa league winner Cup winner Cup finalist at spurs Conference league winner a year ago Europa league finalist this year with as roma that is Actually last season mourinho had a better season than klopp for instance given both clubs
@@All-Outta-Bubblegum nah, there are worst players than maguire, people forget how good he was at leicester, the move to man united, the astronomical 80 million they paid for him and the captaincy destroyed his confidence, it was too much responsability, in a midtable club with less pressure he maybe can rescue his career
@chemiratengouncanal furthermore, his wages of £230k a week and despite how few games he played for Man Utd, was always going to get England because he's in Southgates inner circle, it wrecked his work ambition too
i dont think ramos to us is that unpopular. me personally i'd take him as the glazers look scared to invest any money and its one of the lower priority positions. he was also decent enough last season and his mentallity is unrivalled
@msmjsiajdgdhsjajahgshsjaje8990 45 appearances last season 33 of which came in the league is a good return. Since he changed up how he trained personally hes been ever present
Santiago Gimenez is in Potential too good for Bournemouth and won't leave us this season (sorry but especially not to lower league Premier league sides) Next season he'll play for the title, the cup and in the Ucl and he is only getting better so if he stays with us another year (which i hope and expect) he can go to the Top of Europe definitely. I know this is a sort "What if" Transfer recommendation video and i love that you mentioned him cause he is excellent and again, will only get better. But lets just say that i don't think He won't be rumoured with Bournemouth in the next season and that his potential lays much higher than that in all due respect
I feel like you underestimate the pull of any Premier League team nowadays. Bournemouth almost signed Zaniolo last January. But yeah, if you demand too high of a price then it won't happen. And maybe he wouldn't want the move, but he could. Many Eredivisie goal machines have done it. Then again, he plays for the champions of the country so it's probably fair to say he stays most likely
@@maciejbala477 Yeah Pull of Premier league clubs is quite big but Gimenez has much more in him to go for a bigger fee to a bigger club next year cause he'll only get better
Not a chance would I have spat *anything* out at your suggestion of Allan Saint Maximin as a choice of forward for Arsenal! He would be a great fit for our team! Even if he was just for depth!
Bournemouth: Gimenez just knocked home the winner for Mexico in the Gold Cup final. Forest: Milan are looking at getting younger up top by bringing in Folarin Balogun from Arsenal.
I do believe that Everton or Brentford should sign the young Honduras forward Luis palma he is 23 shows great talent and could be a cheaper goal machine maybe just at least 3.5 to 4.5 mil and the would sign a good dependable player that can play left wing , striker, and anywhere down the middle of mid field
Actually Brentford should sign Santiago Gimenez...honestly I thought i was the only one who saw some potential in that guy...get him in the prem and he'll be banging in goals
As a united fan I would absolutely love Ramos as a red devil. I was going to skip this season's new kit but if they sign Ramos that is one shirt sale to me.
Ngl I would love to see Oscar back in England he was one of my favorite players in the prem before he left and if there was 1 team I think he would be interesting with is playing under Eddie Howe at Newcastle could be good but will never happen tho
Chuba Akpom isn't getting past Osimhen, Onuachu, Moffi, Awoniyi, Iheanacho, Success, Lookman, Umar Sadiq, Dessert, Okereke and Gift Orban(He hasn't even been capped).
as a mexican fan who isn’t deluded by winning gold cups and smacking caribbean teams, i can tell you that santi gimenez is nothing special and would 100% flop for a team like bournemouth.
funny how all mexicans want to root for that argentine now but i vividly remember how before he left the mexican league he was being criticized for being trash and missing easy chances😂he just has a high profile daddy in mexico
Maybe I’m biased, but Santiago Gimenez would not even sniff at Bournemouth, he’s much more high profile than you think, again I might be biased cause I’m Mexican
I’m already subscribed since day 1 and you telling me to subscribe in every video makes me want to unsubscribe. But who am I kidding? I can’t leave you even if I tried, Irish Guy ❤
Saint-Maximin would be perfect for Manchester United. Antony and Sancho mostly play on the right, Martial is unwanted and Rashford is needed for his goals through the middle, so ASM makes a lot of sense on the left for them. You also can't rely on Garnacho to play every single match - that would be a lot of pressure to put on a 19 year-old. As an Arsenal fan, I wish we'd just hurry up and sign Kessie. He would be perfect for us.
