I really like that despite the fact that they lift large weights, these guys themselves are not huge. They are athletic, with functional muscles, but they are not huge like bodybuilders.
老师 , what are the main principles or teachings of the Chinese weightlifting system? Soviets stayed within 65-85% for over 60% of their lifts; Bulgarians always lifted within the 90%+ range everyday? 中国人怎么样?
They work with a lot of auto-regulation, with goals in mind for the session and the phase of training, but room to go above or below based on feel. Not Bulgarian where they are trying to attack the maximum every day, plus the Chinese use a ton of assistance exercises, unlike the Bulgarians.
i really think it depends on how long they want their athletes to stay at the top. some may get there faster with more training intensity, but over a longer period of time, they would succumb to injuries or wear and tear on their bodies.

The squat stands are Taishan, the pulling blocks and the big plate holders are too I think. Taishan is a more affordable brand than ZKC or DHS, but shipping bulky things like that from China will still be very expensive.
Lol, they are not. I love this dumb fact that's always pointed out. Americans select basketball players from a larger pool than they do. Pretty much every single black kid in America plays basketball. In China, weightlifting is a very small sport, and are selected from very poor farming villages. There aren't even weightlifting programs in the big cities. Just take a look at where all their lifters are from, Lu Xiaojun, Tian Tao, Shi, Liao, they're all from small villages from rural farming areas.
Weight training in its purest fucking form. No show off, no filming for social media shit, and every exercise has its purpose. These guys weigh half the jacked up roid monkeys you see in your gym but lift 2x as much.

我不知道 probably some junior athlete who is working his way up in the Chinese weightlifting world like everybody else. The guy on the right is 六好 ,and I've seen him on a couple of the Chinese weightlifting instas.
Their leg thickness and leg strength is achievable as a natty lifter right? There’s no way that all these guys get “supplements” as they are not on the national team?
@@Opalivian I'm aware of a typical bodybuilding/weightlifting diet + lifestyle I just meant chinese specifically have a certain look in their physiques, clearly their training is slightly different I was wondering what kind of foods they might eat different to other countries.
They would likely train biceps 1-2x times a week not for size but to balance out all the elbow extension typically involved with weightlifting, it’s definitely important to have good strength balance on both sides of the body in all areas to help in reducing the chances of overuse injuries creeping in

@Raman 556 ieat the same for 1 year. nothing like this. there is some added chemical compounds in these bodies. you cant be that fcking jacked with eating 1200 kcal a day
