Finally time to release this lil' video that I've been working on for over a year :)
It is not perfect, and that is okay. Several missed weeks, as well as several weeks of not finding the best lighting/framing. Telling my Virgo side to chill out haha.

I improved my hair by doing all these things: Including more and more Vitamin C from lemon, orange, kiwi, 7-8 hrs of enough sleep daily, consume nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also have fish like salmon. Exercise a minimum of 30 mins everyday. Using natural coconut plus onion based shampoo, neem wooden comb, massager for scalp by Littleextra Cooconion two times a week. All this is good to control hair fall.

@@vaigaunni9571 I shaved at home on a whim using my husbands trimmers 😂 It’s been an interesting experience. I’ve had fun with colors and different length with the sides and back as I grow out the top. I’m finally not hating it 😂

Kept my head shaved about 2 plus years. Almost 4 months in to growing it out for the first time. When I shaved it the first time (as an adult) I was just starting to see gray. Now that I am growing it it seems to be more than 50 percent gray. Getting used to having hair again and getting used to have gray hair.

I’m growing my hair out after shaving it for almost four years! It’s been so long that I forget the grow out process as this has not been my first time growing out a buzz 😂 at any stage during this video, had you gotten the grow out trimmed up or shaped at all?

I buzzed mine off going on 7 months ago (to regrow) but my hair right now looks like yours does at 12 months, my hair can't be growing that fast lol.

Thank you, Gladys! I did trim it a few times to give it some shape 😌 But overall I tried not to touch it too much. I'm now rocking a fun bob and loving it!
