A tiny tot in Durban has been trending on social media after becoming one of the youngest drivers ever to have had a brush with the law, so to speak. Earlier this week, a photograph of a Durban Metro Police officer giving the 1-year-old boy a parking violation ticket, well, fortunately, a 'play' parking ticket, went viral on social media.
