so sick that a hardworking innocent young man's life gets ruined by false accusations. He needs $ million payout after he gets out next year. all evidences tell us 2 roommates are the killers instead of Kohbeger.

There's a lot we don't know.but I don't think debating that here is the place. That's in courts hands now who knows how long itl take

@@benbelzer8303been there done that. You can’t let go of any material possession they loved or touched. I kept my son’s truck. It gave me some comfort yet some pain seeing it out there every day.

@@SweetSummerChild1967Same here. I lost my younger sister. She was 39 and I don’t think I’ll ever get use to her being gone. My parents are aging and I thought me and my sister would care for them but now it’s all me. I’m a grown woman but I feel like an only child. Prayers for all of us.

I too lost my older brother tragically. It’s been almost 30 years and the pain never goes away. He was only 26 and had been to the Persian Gulf during Desert Shield and Storm yet he died bc of another here at home. I don’t think the judge wants an emotional jury. He most likely wants an impartial, non-prejudiced jury. He wants this to stick. Not be appealed. It’s the facts of the case against the law. Not personalities.

Guessing you prob haven’t had to go thru any type of huge court process. And for that you are very lucky!!! It took the courts just to get my DV case of my ex getting convicted and sentenced 2 years!!! And he even plead guilty but was just trying to get a plea bargain…. And sense then he served half his sentence got out and did it again to someone else…. And here I still am without my freakin front teeth feeling like such an outcast because of them… and tired of telling my story. The judicial system is just about money! Not justice!

MPD and the FBI need to get the real killers and not the patsy. The cartel was there that night...but you won't hear about it unless you do research.

@@45square Visits may be rare, but they do happen. Some people do better seeing the actual site versus looking at models or even 3-D models. It's his right to wear a suit at trial so there is no undue judgement held against the alleged suspect. Just MOO as I respect your opinion.

if you only follow the MSM you will think this is perfect investigation and it's just like what they say. This is a drug trafficking ring shakedown and there was a drug trafficking ring operated out of the house by outsiders and there was human trafficking going on in association with the two schools and the former homeowners. The IDAHO 4 were about to talk to federal investigators and they needed to be silenced. Maddie flushed $100k + in drugs a week or so before. This is what they did to Brent Kopacka on December 15, 2022. Brent knew too much and was allegedly one of the killers, but was he? The alleged killers are drug dealers; cartel leaders and their crew and Sigma Chi. LE is involved and Christ Church too. This case is lies, coverup and corruption. There are TWO crime scenes, and NO ONE was asleep. Xana, Ethan and Kaylee were all over at 1330 Linda Lane and Maddie at 1122 King Road. LE never processed the other crime scene. Do they even know who Bryan Kohberger is? Anne Taylor said before the gag order: "Bryan was CHOSEN for this long before he came to town." Bryan Kohberger is allegedly a federal informant working on a task force to bust drug trafficking rings and he's been one for years! There were two cartel leaders one from Washington named Doug, and one from Montana named John and there is an informant that confirmed this and turned into Defense and the FBI. The problem is each of the IDAHO 4 were attacked by multiple people, so they need to determine who is the real killer. There are well over 25+ people who stood around watching in person and on their cell phones. BF has a flash drive with a livestream (of the murders) on it; student deaths, info on drug, human, sex, child trafficking, etc, There are professionals called "Open-Source Intelligence Personnel" (OSIP) looking at the footage and the killers are wearing "masks". BF only turned it in about three months ago. These murders started at 12:32 a.m. when Xana and Ethan arrived at the "fight club", and went until when Kaylee allegedly lived to at 7:00 a.m. Note: The informant who knows the two cartel leaders was in Montana in 2016 when these two guys said they need to frame BK because he wouldn't sell drugs in PA for Doug. They've waited 7 years to pin something on him. But, he is not the killer. Also, Adam L the bartender at the Corner Club was meeting with this cartel leader in Kalispell, Montana in July 2023 and this informant was there when cartel John demanded "Bryan Kohberger needs to be the only killer, he's the killer." Then the two guys followed her out of the state and reminded her that John has a 700 ft well he can drop her down. Justice 4 the IDAHO 4 means get the REAL killers and not the patsy!!

You don’t even need to be assigned one. You just call Victim’s Services and they have everything imaginable to be able to help you and it’s paid for. She mentioned that she wasn’t ready for counseling yet, but it will be there for her and anyone else in their family. I’m only a bit over halfway through so if your comment was about something specific that I’ve not listened to yet, my apologies. ❤

@@RLFinTX Thank you. I wasn’t aware that this service was available pre-trial. My comment was referencing their remarks about having little to no communication from the state. Surely they’ve been made aware of available resources.

@@KatKrueger Oh ok, I know the part you’re talking about, and unfortunately with a gag order, they aren’t able to be told. It’s for everyone’s good to keep everything very close to the vest at this point so there won’t be any claim for a mistrial. There is so much emotion involved with the victim’s family, and rightfully so, but those same emotions can get you making public comments, which he did and thus put the gag order into effect. It’s absolutely for the good of being able to prosecute to the fullest extent. If that is the part you were referring to when you mentioned them needing a victim’s advocate, they don’t get involved to that extent.

I’m unclear as to how victim’s services works but know that during the Daybell trial, the DA’s office was very helpful to the victims regarding when to expect graphic testimony so that they could be prepared or choose to be absent from the courtroom. Of course in Moscow the gag order is necessary. There seems to be genuine confusion from Kristi and Steve about why the investigation is being run the way it is and they frame remarks in a way that leads me to believe that they are not being guided through this nightmare. I thought there was a family liaison individual that could at least talk with them about the disconnect that they seem to be experiencing? You must have knowledge of how this works, or doesn’t work?

If he's guilty yes, but the cartel was there that night so they got the wrong guy.
