Thanks for the review, it is strongly appreciated. And yes, anything with feathers makes a mess, in my personal opinion, you need to be used to them to not be bothered. Is like lather, I have seen ppl complain about leather patina, an unlogical complaint for those who love and are accustomed to leather. Again thanks for the review.

Do you mind making a review video of your comfier couch?

For the basketweave material it’s not water proof right ? But it says stain resistant. 🤷🏻‍♀️Only linen and d twill right? What do you do about the piling?

You should take the feathers out and put a poly blend inside. Buy them for cheap online. The quality on this sofa is great and very soft, definitely worth the money. At least for the dune distressed velvet. This couch is definitely one of my favorites from west elm and I deal with a lot of their couches.

I purchased my Harmony sectional a few years ago and I feel the same, I would not purchase again. The fabric I have is the Mineral Gray in Distressed Velvet. All I know is the couch did not feel the same in the store before it was purchased. I even called them after I received it saying it was not the same couch I sat in. They told me that it could be because people are sitting on the couch all the time in the store. I was thinking maybe my fabric choice was the reason it feels so different, I don’t remember which fabric they had on it in the store. The cushions are deep which I like but the seat is very firm. I truly don’t understand why this couch keeps coming up as a great RH Cloud dupe! I can tell you my couch feels nothing like The Cloud. :(

I’ve had mine for almost 6 months and it’s not flat yet.. fingers crossed

Do not buy the West ELM harmony sofa. Their cushion loose shape within a month and you will need to fill it with poly fiber

sorry but if you buy anything that is filled with feathers it is going to be flat like that and need constant fluffing.
