@@shkarazad97 Really good! Right up there with some of the best that I've used. As good as my S22 Ultra...except for the zoom. I still prefer the Pixel 6 cameras the most but I've had way too many issues with it. One plus 10 pro is my favorite device right now.
This is probably the 1st phone I'll actually keep the whole year. I love not having battery anxiety. The build quality with a minimalist case makes this phone very comfortable to hold.
My youngest son has my old 3t, my eldest, my old 6t and I'm still rocking my 7t. Absolutely nothing wrong with them. Tough to justify upgrading but then again, the longevity speaks for itself. Swaying towards the 10 pro due to the better camera setup and wireless charging.
I justified "upgrading" to the new pixel 7 pro from my old One Plus 7t pro (bit confusing lol) . Couldn't be less happy. Everything feels either the same or worse. Oxygen OS is just the best. I'm returning the pixel today and I may well run this 7t pro into the ground at this rate because there legit doesn't seem to be any phones on the market right now that will truly justify spending £100s on the upgrade. I truly think we peaked in 2019 in the flagship world and things have been stagnating. Minor upgrades that phone companies convince us we need so feel that we need the next new shiny thing. Maybe foldables will become cheaper and more reliable, until then I'd hold off. 2022 has been a poor year for phones if the pixel 7 pro has been winning it lmao.
My 8 Pro is still going very strong, so strong that I'm actually considering delaying my upgrade this year to the next year because of how good it still is. Android 12 Upgrade made this phone as good as new I recommend everyone stuck on Android 11 to get to Android 12
@@DJustice Bro I love the 7pro lol, no holepunch etc but I dropped my phone yesterday while on vacation so now my front is cracked a bit as well, and the battery doesn't last as long anymore and the charger easily falls out of the charging port so I might upgrade to the 10pro tho
Had mine since 5th April (EU launch day). I'm happy with it, 7-8.5 hours screen on time with only 4G and no WiFi (mostly inside). The fast charging is amazing too. 😄
Would you recommend this? Looking at this, although I am slightly enticed by Realme GT2 PRO and also the Xiaomi 12 PRO. Yes the oneplus 10 pro is more expensive but I don't play games, just want a phone with a good screen and good camera for the price. Realme GT2 PRO : €650. Xiaomi 12pro : €830. oneplus 10 pro : €915 All variants are 12GB ram / 256GB rom Would appreciate advice from anybody who has experience with any of these phones.
@@_TrueDesire_ Sorry, I should've clarified. Prices are from SEA (Malaysia) converted from our currency (MYR) to Euros. Don't be fooled, our earning power is low and our currency depreciates faster than a German luxury car, so they are still expensive. Also it is crazy that Xiaomi costs so much in Sweden! How much is an iPhone 13 pro for comparison?
No problems with my 7 Pro. I've had this for two years and I'll be keeping it for much longer yet. All previous phones I've owned have had poor performance by now but this once definitely doesn't 😁
@@moctezuma_2 I have the normal OP6. I have had this since the release back then 4 years ago. I knew the original 6 is better than the 6t so that is why I picked this and I absolutely love it. My friend bought the 6t even tho I told him not to. He thought it's gonna be faster etc but eventually realized it was not lol. The OP6 also has way faster/easier to use fingerprint sensor. I believe it is around 4x faster and most likely still one of the fastest ones out there.
Great video. I agree the Xiaomi 12 is my preferred size but I opted for the 12X because of the 870 chip set. The battery life is on par with the 10 Pro as well. The out of the box customizations seem endless on Xiaomi's phones as well. It even has a double tap on the rear to silence the phone comparable to the OnePlus alert slider.
I have my OnePlus 7 and I love it. The pop-up front camera is absolutely amazing. I hate the feeling of someone hacking into your phone and watching you. So knowing that the camera is hidden is amazing. I am looking at upgrading to this phone but I might wait. This phone is a beast
Watching this on my Galaxy s10+ 3 years later, it's beginning to show signs of wear and tear. Been looking at new phones. I definitely want the new snap dragon chip set but knowing myself I'll pick a new hand set sometime next year when all these phones go on sale for around 700. Either way it's going to be a huge upgrade because I'm still on a 60hz phone!
I've bought my OnePlus 6T back when it released in 2018 and it's still going strong. Definitely thinking about getting the 10 pro because my current 1+ has never let me down, as many other type of phones I earlier had have.
I bought OnePlus 6 Red in the same year and it's the same as well. No complaints. 😁 TBH, I kinda wish to upgrade now since it's been years and I'm kinda bored but I don't have the money.
I just purchased the OnePlus 10 Pro a few days ago and it definitely does not disappoint. As much as I hated to move my OnePlus 8T to a secondary position the 10 Pro is amazing. I purchased the volcanic black United States version with 12 gigs of RAM and 256 gigs of storage and I love it. Typically, I usually avoid black phones but, this shade of black and it's texture if so cool I couldn't pass it by. At the moment, I consider myself lucky to have the 10 Pro as my personal phone and still have the 8T as my work phone. Moreover, if I need to consolidate I can always take the SIM card out of the 10 Pro and put it in the secondary SIM card slot in the 8T.
@@afamefunaphilian5108 actually, the 10 Pro function perfectly and the battery was amazing. However, I was within the return window on Amazon so I decided to send it back. Instead, I decided to order the OnePlus 11. As good as the 10 Pro is, the 11 is a superior phone in almost every way.
@@dr.fitprofessor1970 thanks for your reply, So would you consider that I get it ?, Saw an offer for a 2nd hand( barely used & Still perfectly neat) for around 250,000 naira bees in Nigeria where I live (that's around 350 dollars) Would you Recommend I go for it???
I've used OnePlus phones since the 1st OnePlus one. I recently, finally veered off and tried the pixel 6 pro. The pixel phones always intrigued me, so I finally tried one, and oh boy....I was not happy. I couldn't believe how much worse the pixel performed than my OnePlus 8. I now have a OnePlus 10 pro on the way, and soon I'll be back in the comfort of a tried and true phone, that does what you want, how you want, and when you want it to 👍 The finger print sensor (pixel) alone is enough to drive you mad. Even the camera in the pixel wasn't better enough to even notice, and truthfully, my OnePlus camera focused much quicker, which is essential in my line of work. I'll give the pixel this tho, when your do give it the time to focus, it'll come out with a great looking pic. Not enough for me tho. Looking forward to the 10 pro, coming soon ❤️ Thanks for the review!
@@amaanchohan2319 been using it since the release. Its shit. Camera 9/10 out of focus, weird post processing and I don't even want to start on shooting in medium lit - dark scenes 🥲
Still rocking a OnePlus 5 believe it or not, and it is state of the art still, no issues, just fancy an upgrade, so much has changed, including prices!!
Same here. Kinda amazing that the battery is still solid and I can go thru normal day without any issues. Also never had any kinda of lagging or frozing issues with OnePlus 5. Never! Amazing phone but also fancy an upgrade 😅
Good video as always. 👍🏾 for The Wonder Years shot. Fun Fact: I'm friends with and graduated high school with the show's Executive Producer Saladin Patterson. As for the OP 10P, I'll keep my OP8T for a while longer but it does look like a later upgrade.
My OP7Pro is still rocking and honestly, in terms of cameras, I barely see any diference, besides the 4k@120fps recording and 8K it's basically the same
Debating getting the OnePlus 10 pro over the s22 plus. The only reason I'm hesitant about getting the 10 pro is the s22 plus has the snapchat features I want. I am a very heavy snapchat user and the s22 plus supports ultra wide and telephoto on snapchat and I still really want that. I just need to battery life from the OnePlus in the s22plus.
Great video. OnePlus adopts the Material You design from Google it's just a different work around. The Google apps get material you design from the wallpaper. You just have to select the accent colour yourself to match. It's there it's just not in the way Google or Samsung does it. Apparently Oxygen OS 13 is gonna fix this as it'll be going back to more stock feel.
Today is my first day with the oneplus 10 pro. I am not sure why everyone is hating on this phone. The best feature of the OP10 Pro is that it's not Google, Apple or Samsung device. That alone would make it a great phone but oneplus has done a great job producing a straight banger of a phone!
Don't be fooled, this is a downgrade from OP9P! Inferior UW camera No IP rating in all variants No Macro Mode No MEMC No laser AF No type C to type C cable Poor build quality that bends Missing 3rd Mic in Indian and Chinese variant Buggy software and instability
Because people nowadays are just phony and fanboy on all. Just because now one plus is oppo they could not accept, as Sony fanboys cannot accept games on pc. Poor humanity. The phone is impressive, with a lot of interesting details, starting from the design. You can like or not, but you cannot say is not good anymore. I mean, it is time to say that also Apple is making a lot of noisy for nothing. The IP68 certification is a marketing idea, I know, because even xiaomi is not using it simply because is not working. On paper seems amazing, than, like me, you just got some drops inside Faceid sensor (because they make faceid inside the speaker slot) and the guarantee and ip68 simply disappear.
I really enjoy your reviews. I kind of felt this review was a rerun of the X5 Pro. Is that fair comment or are there distinct differences between the two given the price difference?
Hi, I'm interested in camera. I have a Op 7 Pro, and I like the camera. I'm considering the Realme GT 2 Pro vs this one, the GT 2 Pro is cheaper, but are they similar? Is paying a little more worth it? I don't do video, but I do stills, both with the main camera and selfie, have you used both phones?
I don't quite understand why people have been losing their minds over OS 12 for them. There are some changes certainly, some of them seem a bit unnecessary...but they're not really bad. Honestly it kind of makes me want to try a device that utilizes Color OS to see how it is.
cheers~ been looking at the oneplus 10 over other partly cause i havent had a new phone in 5 years, want something new but clean looking and dont care about the pen or cameras of the s22 ultra that cost me 400$ more lol. no trade in for me no cheap deals just full price buyout and i think this one squares out nicely and appricaite the review~ nice to see some more in person type for it while i do more comparisons
Hi mate love your reviews and looking for your opinion. I'm torn between the OnePlus 10 pro and the Motorola edge 30 ultra, what would you recommend? I know the pros and cons of both but which one do you believe is better overall? Thanks.
Frist of all thanks for the informative video Secondly I’m getting my op10p tomorrow and i would like to ask about the wallpapers u use? From where do u get it??
I love Tec Spurts videos, FYI, I have gotten my first OnePlus phone, the One Plus 9 5g not 9 pro, I was so happy to get the phone for the Hasselblad cameras and super fast charging, and beautiful design, the phone was great for first 3 months, then all of a sudden, when I'm talking to someone, I can barely hear them and have to use the speaker on to even hear them, and the charging port all the sudden starting to give me charging problems, where I'm constantly trying to adjust the core on the phone to charge, and the lighting icon disappeared once I play with the cord to charge, and the cameras are so, so on the 9 5g, and the updates are far and almost , non existent, and the battery drains like crazy while using it, I've heard a lot of other customers complain about the One Plus 9, maybe other One Plus phones are much better, like the 10, but since I have the 9 5g and in purple, I have 6 months left, and not getting another OnePlus phone ever, I think Google Pixel 7, Samsung 22 and iPhone 14 are much better than OnePlus, pixel has best cameras, Samsung best display and iPhone best updates, I think of getting the Pixel 7, maybe Samsung 22 or 23 when 23 comes out, maybe iPhone when I'm done with paying off this crap OnePlus 9 5g phone, one model to avoid, unless someone can prove OnePlus 10 is much better, but leaning towards pixel 7 or pixel 8 when out, due to excellent reviews, great cameras, decent battery life, great updates, not 4 years of Android like Samsung, but 3 years of Android updates and 4 years of security and Google pixel phones are way cheaper than Samsung Galaxy 22 and iPhone. OnePlus only gets 2 years of Android updates and 3 years of security updates, if would be very lucky if you have any OnePlus phone last longer than 2 years without a lot of problems, if you have a OnePlus phone that last more than 2 years, you are very lucky, and don't know how OnePlus can last more than 2 years, when the OnePlus 9 has problems with the first 3 months and you go to a T-Mobile store that does repairs and they do everything to fix your problems and no success, the best phone I had was the Lg G 8 5g in red, love the phone, had the phone since 2017 and just a year ago, the LG g8 battery started splitting on the side, so, the battery lasts until it's at 65% battery left then shuts off and says please charge phone, other than that, everything else works fantastic on the lg g8, I wish my OnePlus 9 worked right, nothing no one can do to fix it, my only option is to use phone as is until it's paid off.
I was wondering weather to wait for oneplus 12 or go for 10 pro since a massive discount of 22 k with some card offers and exchange offers is going on as per the report. There is no dobt about the quality of camera was just quries to know about speakers if are from Harman Kardon. Highly appreciated for the quality content you share .
I need advice, through work I can get a Samsung S22+ or a OnePlus 10 Pro. I can't decide, on one hand I like the camera and One UI from Samsung better but the battery life from OnePlus is also a big benefit... Which one would you recommend?
At $899, a 4K front camera (with HDR) and a base 12MP telephoto is a no-brainer basic requirement. Whether you need it or not it's another thing. If you go to a $30-$50 restaurant, you want your dish to come with all the side dishes, not just some.
Just got this phone in the Amazon spring sale for £600 and I’m so happy with it so far. I’ve had Oneplus phones before and I’m very fond of them; the Oneplus one is still the best phone I’ve ever had (within the context of it being 2015-16 of course, the specs wouldn’t hold up today but if they still offered it as a budget option I’d totally get one)
About to retire my One plus 5T after almost 5 years of usage! Amazing phone. Buying the 10 pro because the larger memory and because the 5t microphone is loosing quality (probably years of grim on it)
Same bro I'm also upgrading from my one plus 5t it's been great it works perfectly fine till now just a bit lag sometimes I think it's time to upgrade and btw how's your new phone working ?
Owned OnePlus 5t 4 years ago and changed dozen of phones till then and you used it for 5 years that's an amazing job i get tired of the phone every 3-4 months and change my phone. Using a phone for 5 years is a big deal 😁
Very Great Phone Purchased Jan 2023. Awesome Display Camera Sound Quality Battery Backup is not excellent but I can get around 20 hours on continuous use on 5g
I've had iPhone and Samsung they both slow there phones down and have bugs. However my OnePlus 6t McLaren is still running amazing no issues or nothing in a dilemma if I should even upgrade.
I've still got the one plus 6t probably 4yrs old now and I use it all the time and is still as good as new which is why I've found it hard to justify upgrade but who doesn't want a new phone? I would and have recommended OnePlus to everyone, they last a long time! Which is what you pay for
It's in the sale at OnePlus green one abouy £699 now. Should I trade in my year old 9 Pro and get the 10 Pro? is it better, battery life, camera etc? I like my telephoto lens. the 9 screen doesn't like getting wet either.
Pulling my hair out trying to decide. Any thoughts about 10R? I've had the 8 since it was introduced and it's such a finicky phone. The Updates and Upgrade messed up the phone.
Been using the n10 to runy business do you think this can handle the job ??? Pls lmk about to drop a big investment in this phone any feedback would be appreciated.
A real bonus of this phone is that soon you'll be able to download that lovely Nothing launcher that makes very expensive phones look as if they came out of a Christmas Cracker.
I had mine for 6 hours and decided there's no way it's replacing my 7t Pro mclaren edition. Screen is no way near wide enough and was like handling a bar of soap. Luckily I managed to flip it within a day and I'm still using my 7t Pro. Just waiting for android 12 then I'm fine.
@@GonzCerv very strange. I've had the mclaren since launch and never any issues and can't find a phone better than it to upgrade to. Only the camera could be better but that's it.
@@rubiesaif if you’re recording a video and switch to the front facing while filming, you hear a loud mechanical sound it ruins the videos, a problem no other phone on the market has, as for refresh rate it was ahead of it’s time but if you’re not a pro mobile gamer that really has no real use, cool phone to have but 6 months in it stopped reading SIM cards
Would love to buy a 1+, because the specs are just amazing. However, they stick to huge ass phones and that is a big no-no. Who likes to carry a freaking 6,7 inch fridge in their pocket? We need the same specs on a 6.1 inch display!
Great phone. Me daily driver is a Oneplus 8 Pro and I love it. However every so often I see something flash onto the screen for less than a second and it looks like its asking me to close an application or wait for it to respond. Can get quite annoying but a reboot usually sorts it.
