OneShot Is A Masterpiece 

If you open the game again The Author leaves behind a note that gives instructions for the “solstice ending” which is the true happy ending for the game and I REALLY REALLY recommend you do it (it elevates the game from great to amazing)

the true ending (solstice ending) makes you essentially replay the game with different characters/interactions, but ultimately ends up being the "happy" ending, which if you are interested I find 100% worth it. Also thanks sm for playing this lyy

Fun thing to note a bout George(The librarian)! She has six different personalities based on which side of the dice her face is, and which one you meet is randomized at the start of the game. The George you met was George the 2nd, the rude one.

Must protect Niko at all costs! Although honestly, the game has a bigger impact when you play it on PC since the interactions are actually with your literal computer.

This game was so wonderful. It’s a shame so many people never got the true ending because of how well-hidden it is.

Man, this game has been sitting at the top of my wishlist for a few months, and now that Quin's playing it, that's gotta be a sign to finally give it a go.

55 minutes of quin playing a great game? My day must be blessed! About the editing tho just keep in mind you don’t have to pull an all-nighter, I rewatch your stuff all the time

it was fun to watch you play this game. the game was originally made for pc, where it would address you as your steam name and change files in your computer itself. it's very neat how they made a whole computer simulation to recreate it on the switch but let's just say i did not expect at all to see things like my desktop background changing when i first played it and it left quite a strong impression on me. i love that game so much

Not sure if you've read the books in George's office yet but one of them sorta talks about parallel universes, and it has a dice drawn in there, asking which one you've got. This essentially tells you that there are actually 6 different versions of George in the game and which one you meet is random. The different versions of George each talk differently and it's really interesting to see, and it gives the game some more replay value (quite ironic considering the game's name)

OneShot isn’t the only masterpiece. The person playing it seems like a wonderful creation.

Quin if you like these kinda games you should definitely get your paws on games such as To The Moon, Misao, Mad Father, Ib and The Witch's House. They are so good and fun to play for an hour or so!

A master at work. 😂🤣🤣 Spot on reaction to the disclaimer about eyes and darkness because, yeah, that is absolutely terrifying, what?? Like…I wasn’t worried, but now….and then later on the game addresses you by your name without you ever putting it in? Cue flashbacks to that warning about paranoia… If I had played this game on a PC with no warning and it starting changing my computer files, I would probably have screamed and 100% believed my computer had been hacked for real. 😅

Quin I am emotionally scarred after this video I sat down at my desk like, "Yippee, another Quin video, can't wait!". I ended up staying up until 1 am SOBBING after this and I looked at the comments and watched some more OneShot and I am actually so sad and am continuing to cry even though I have to take a vaccine tomorrow. 10/10 video made me cry

Quin; I'm SO glad you got to experience this. You put yourself into the role, Niko is their own being and you are you; that's the meta dynamic this game (or experience) wants you to be deeply immersed in. And now this is on consoles; it can really a much wider audience. BUT... you're not done yet, Quin. Remember what the fox said; "if you can find a way to return, please do". Niko left the game world to try and return home, and the game requires Niko to function. The world was supposed to "end instantly" when the Sun was shattered, but Niko had to leave first before the "Fatal Error" occurred. The game wanted Niko safe. There is more Quin... you might not have just ONE Shot after all.

I would love to see a follow up video where you discover the test of the lore. I wish I had Niko's chill. God is casually talking to him, and he is just cool with it. Theory: Niko is very cute, and Quin is also very cute. Therefore: Niko and Quin are the same person!

I always dreamed of making a game like this. New thing added to my bucket list: Have Quin play a game I make (If I ever make one)

I am glad you enjoyed the game! Playing on PC kinda is the best experience since the 4th wall breaks hit harder, but it's very cool seeing for the first time the workaround they did for the console ports.

this video got me to play oneshot on my own- after watching for like 5 minutes i decided to pick it up and just finished my first playthrough before watching the rest of the video. its now one of my favorite games!! excited to see if you do another playthrough of this!!

This game reminds me of a game I played on Switch a long time ago called The Last Campfire. It's a super cute 3d puzzle adventure game with good graphics and I really recommend it. It's about 5 hours in playtime and I loved it, it's super cozy and cute with a great story!

I made the same choice at the end of the game, but my brother was watching and was so upset cuz he chose the opposite. I've been trying to tell him about all the dialogue I remembered about how the sun wasn't a guarantee that the world would be ok, and it's still gonna beef it, so I chose to send cute cat boi home to pancakes, his Mama, and a bad dream. I took pictures of the dialogue while you played so I could show my brother, definitely not copium, totally the right choice, cry about it.
