Since I changed my diet and cut sugar and added onion 🧅 & garlic 🧄 my hair on my legs are growing back and my arm hairs as well seem fuller rich, and the color is staying dark brown/black. My facial hair looks better and my features appear more masculine naturally. My skin even cleared up. I swear “refined sugar” is aging us rapidly and poisoning our bodies.

I did blood work. On a before and after oinions. Diet same apart from onions. Sleep same. Workout same. It reduced my shbg and increased my testosterone
@@ASilva-ui6rm I chopped them up and put them in my regular food. It's much easier to eat. Normally my lunch and evening food. 2 small red or 1 medium red onion a day. Reasonably simple without much fuss

It also helps me cut weight. A couple times I ate onions on a empty stomach, it was painful. I ain't doing that again lol

My understanding is it's better to eat them raw than cooked. I typically eat a pound of ground beef and a large fried onion for breakfast (I have a strange diet). Today, I'm trying it with a raw onion for the first time. Went down well with the beef, but now the beef is gone and I'm working my way through the second half of the onion. Burns my tongue, so I think I'm going to go half raw and half fried next time.

Will the type of onion matter in this case? Like, will white onions increase testosterone much more because they are more bitter, and sweet or red onions less than thr white ones? Or is this the wrong way if looking at it
@@MD-pt2mw In which universe are you living buddy? I don't know what chemical they're selling in the west but in India we have everything in natural. Red onions are more sour and pungent compared to white. Just google it.
