Forestry major here. In my water resources course, I learned that restored wetlands are only a fraction as productive as untouched wetlands. It's rich that he "contributed" his fines and "planted wetlands" is laughable. It has taken companies millions if not billions of dollars to restore a wetland and they're still nowhere close to what they once were. He can take his self congratulations and shove it.

Yeah completely agree, it's why we fight so hard to protect native wetland areas, because we honestly can't 'recreate' them. The way these important areas work as a full ecosystem is priceless. In Australia where I live, a native orchid was found in a wetland area that was the only one of it's kind... It literally didn't grow anywhere else in the entire world. Housing development companies wanted that land, and they promised to relocate the orchid and reestablish the wetland elsewhere/ conservation promise yada yada... The local government agreed to let them bulldoze/ fill in the area for housing. The orchid didn't survive in the 'new wetland', the conservation was completely failed and an entire species was wiped out forever.

I unfortunately was groomed by a sibling that idolized onision and would force feed those videos to me. The psychological impacts of me at 13-14 not being "sexy enough" for these 19(my sibling at the time) -24 yo men lasted years and completed ruined my perception of self and ultimately led to me being groomed and SAd by multiple grown men
I am 24 now and can't even begin to imagine looking at a child through that lense, and it haunts me as a parent to think of what im up against when raising my child. Id say id finally broken the cycle of abuse about a year and a half ago when i left her father (i was 16 and he was 20, had her when i was 19 and he was 23). Im in therapy and DV counseling now and doing much better.

Mans didn’t get kicked out for not killing a rabbit, he was security forces and took a survival course called SERE. The rabbit where you hunt, skin and consume for survival is what he refused to do. He failed a course for not killing a rabbit, which is understandable as it’s a survival course if you literally get stranded in unknown territory. Just a quick correction- its SERE, Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape school. I went through it myself, and you don't even kill the damn rabbit. You get a dead one that you learn to skin. I think Greg just couldn't crack it.
I’m the same age as him and realized that cakey makeup just makes me look older. At some point you have to switch from high coverage foundation to skincare and a little bit of color correction. If I do do a full face of glam, it settles into fine lines and then a tiny bit of blush and/or bronzer becomes a must to not look like a literal corpse. I like the dead goth look but at a certain age things just change
Yea, he should tone it down a bit because it looks severely flat, dry, and crepey/wrinkled. His skin just screams “I AM NOT 21 ANYMORE, MOISTURIZE ME AND HYDRATE PROPERLY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD I CAN’T BREATHE THROUGH THE LAYERS OF CONCEALER AND MATTE FULL COVERAGE FOUNDATION” But that would require Onion to accept that he’s older now and needs to do things differently that is more tailored for maturing skin. No shame in it - I know my skin isn’t as plump as it was in my 20s and it’s maturing as I’m nearing 40, but just by having a good skincare routine and being light handed with any makeup application, I can shave 7-9 years off my appearance on the spot just with the right placement of everything. I imagine seeing his skin up close is very … yeah …. sandpaper-ish and makeup separating due to how much is being used.

Re: their kids growing up and having to deal with the repercussions of being related to this toolbag I used to be a fan 'round a decade ago when I was a younger teen ~13? and I believe his oldest child would be around 12 now. I remember seeing 12 year olds interact with his content, I was about that age when I found him too. Also finding out one of his children is on the spectrum kind of breaks my heart, knowing Greg and how he'd likely be towards a child that wasn't "easy" to deal with.
