Maybe Onision shouldn't open the door and set a precedent for including past tweets and social media posts in this lawsuit. Sarah has plenty to choose from to demonstrate his character if that's how he wants to do it!

I was thinking the same thing! Onision doesn't act like a victim... at least not in the way that someone does when they go thru SA especially by people they trusted and should have been role models for them. Obviously there's a lot to unpack here; however my biggest concern would have been... Where was Sarah's mother during this crisis? Why did she allow a stranger (to Sarah's mother) parent and in a way raise and groom her own flesh blood for their own personal reasons? To be fair, of what I see it seems like Sarah was always left to feel unwanted and almost like she was a burden, sure if Sarah's mother had a problem or just simply couldnt take care of her anymore that's understandable to a degree yet why did Sarah just emancipate herself then? Or why not live with relatives or why didnt Sarah's mother give her to the State until she was 18? There is so much that could have been done if her mother truly had her best interest in mind... Or something to where she wasn't in a way pawn off to a couple that she idolized, specifically when her brain wasnt developed fully. To be honest with the situation, most of the women in the Onion's world aren't developed fully and I'm sure that's how he enjoys them... Palpable and ready to fry, yet I just feel bad for Sarah truly. My best guess: She was drunk or something like that and couldnt handle the constant pain and needed to blow off steam, is it the best reaction? Absolutely not, she should have deleted all of the contact information and change her number and just understanding her feelings better, realized she's not alone with how she feels and that she is going through a lot of misplaced thoughts and emotions that I bet can be troubling at time. But, she needs to stay strong and level-headed. In the sense of all this chaos: I just feel awful for the children who are affected, and have to see this go down and to Sarah, who feels probably trapped in her own mind especially with all that trauma. Last thing I'll say is this: Greg, it's over. You blew it. Stop being a scumbag and full of bad faith. As for your wifey husband pet, same goes to you. You're old enough to realize the fuckery you decided to put yourself into at a very young age... and not only that but the kids, as well... please be responsible for what should be done and just leave! Do something else with your life instead of being the lapdog for your fetishistic husband. Seriously, your relationship is incredibly unhealthy and the dynamics are WAYYY off. sarah is young, and went through some heinous shit. i will not hold it against her for getting drunk, or having a break down, and calling greg out on the shit he did to her. being an abuse survivor is a complicated, and most of us have been guilty of this at some point. sometimes it's so hard to ignore the flashbacks or nightmares, and it makes more sense to take it out on the person who made you feel this way, instead of yourself or your loved ones.. i really hope she's okay.
Just in case you didn't know this, Sarah developed an autoimmune disorder from his abuse. I also developed an autoimmune disorder from narcissistic abuse, and at the peak of my symptoms (2018), they were so bad that I couldn't even remember how to speak English, how to spell my father's name, or what my address was even though I'd been living in that house for 4 years. I couldn't even remember what the difference between "yes" and "no" was. Seriously, it got that bad. A lot of autoimmune disorders have overlapping symptoms, so it's difficult for doctors to tell which one it is sometimes. For example, brain fog can be a symptom of fibromyalgia, lupus, and mine (Hashimoto's Thyroiditis). Butterfly rashes can be a symptom of lupus, and I also had some butterfly rashes, but a milder version. I used to sound drunk all the time too, but I wasn't; I just had a disease.

Seeing Laney like this just makes me sad. She never wanted this for herself, this isn’t who she is. Those of us that watched Onision over the years knew from the days of Shiloh that Greg has a defeminization fetish. He loves seeing his partners slowly being stripped of every little trait that made them a woman. He starts with the hair, then the clothes, then the name, then finally the gender. Greg was the one that would call her Kai, that was never a name she came up with or used on her own. In fact in past videos she openly said she didn’t care for the name and didn’t want to use it, but eventually she caved. Regardless of her faults, she genuinely loves Greg and wanted to please him, so she gave into the pressure and now plays the role of a man out of duress. Look at how he goes out of his way to call her his husband, and makes sure to emphasize it when he says it. Greg has always had a thing for guys, just ask Shane Dawson. He just wouldn’t commit fully to one and instead settled on turning his girlfriends into men.

No lawyer will ever give you permission to contact opposition party. If communication with opposition is needed, then the lawyer will contact them directly. If opposition has their own lawyer, like an intelligent litigant would, then the plaintiff's lawyer will only contact defendant's lawyer, and allow the defendant's lawyer to communicate the plaintiff's needs with the defendant.

Correct. Look up the federal rules on relevance and character evidence/prior bad acts. Correct. It's not a threat. Wishing harm isn't enough. Likewise, the ethical rule against contacting a party applies to attorneys, not non-attorneys. (And, frankly, that's only when the party is represented.) They're part of ethical rules, not usually court rules, such as rules of civil procedure.
You're absolutely right here. The judge will ignore old social media posts and will grill onision on filing so late. They wont take him seriously at all. Also oh my gosh, you cant transcribe your own things for court. You have to hire someone. I had to get transcription done and the wa state courts told me i needed to hire a professional to do it. I think the only reason onision filed this was so he could bring it up in the federal case. It wont hold up in this court but its a paper trail for the main case.

Onision is dude that torments and eggs people on until they snap. He has been making videos mocking Sarah and accusing her of things that could ruin her reputation. He wants them to lash out so he can whine and play victim. He has done this with all the women he has tormented over the years.
Honestly any threat should be taken seriously, even if they’re empty words. Cause at the end of the day no one knows when or if those words translate to actions. That said, it is NOT a threat to say you hope someone loses their private parts to cancer. Not even remotely, and if Greg honestly thinks it is then he has only proven that he’s still trapped in a child’s mind.

thank you for continuing to report on this even though it’s really not fun. i used to be a fan of onision when I was young and your videos helped me understand his behaviour wasn’t normal. court is so annoying, I really hope there’s a resolution to this, although I am not optimistic.
