I love your tutorials and they have made a huge difference to me, both inward and outward. But my ankles are so weak and I cannot get this one!

Thanks for your videos....I'm a keen runner and have only just started yoga as a way of getting some of those in balances out from running...great compliment to my running...thank you

Thank you for sharing. I didn't realize how poor my balance was until I started practicing this sequence. Hopefully I will improve over time. When I do tree pose, the hip of the bent leg sometimes locks up. What am I doing incorrectly? Cheers!
