You're finally checking out Tiny Rogues. This is my first ever bullet hell type game and been trying to learn the pattern of the EM4 equivalent of the current "final boss" so I can consistently beat it(cuz in my experience it's the only boss that consistently ends my run due to the bullet-hell-ness of his patterns). Also there's so many references to Dark Souls, Terraria and even League of Legends. To my knowledge this game is only being developed by a single person and I'm amazed by how good this game is already at its early stages. Also there's controller support already for the public beta. I might be wrong because I'm a mouse and keyboard guy so never bothered with controllers. Edit: Here's some tips after watching your run 1. The signposts in the first rooms of every floor are the tutorial. 2. Bombs are more used than keys but as much as possible, always have at least 2 keys. Bombs can also blow up chests you don't have keys for(and some secrets I'll leave for you to discover) 3. You can swap weapons by using the number keys equivalent to the numbers in the inventory. 4. Every 10 points in a stat gives a bonus. 10 str= +1 heart, 10 dex= +1 dash, 10 int= +1 mana(making int not really useful if you're choosing to mainly use a non-magical weapon) 5. Event rooms are usually better than most rooms so going for them is the better choice most of the time. Hope you do more Tiny Rogues content because I believe the developer will do more to polish the game with your feedback. More power to you, Damp Daddy
They added controller supports to the beta branch, it works well. Also if you're interested in this game you should check out the game it's originally based on: Archvale. All the mechanics are pretty much the same but it's more of an actual progression based RPG.
Lol how come you haven't checked this out already Dan? I didn't even think of recommending it the last videos / membership post cause dumb me though you had already done your fair share of runs on this. Not like I had seen any video on it but y'know a pothead brain is a pothead brain, sometimes I don't remember a damn thing properly x) I've put some decent hours into this and I'm sure you're going to have a blast, it really does a good job in terms of build variety and interesting combat styles. Hope you have fun with it!
@@Haelian hahaha yeah we're all humans after all x) Btw you can use things in your inventory with numbers 1 to 8, the game never really tells you this but it's really handy to use potions or change weapons.
Aaaand if you press shift I think you can see detailed stats for the weapons you're using. Like the actual DMG it does instead of the base DMG it does x)
