I have been visiting Thailand since 2008 & I found them to be amazing people. 1. The food is the best in the world. 2. They are amazingly polite & shy people. 3. They are very clean in their habits. Even in a cheap side cafe or restaurant the place is poor but clean. I highly recommend visiting it specially in October through January when the weather is the coldest (25-35 degrees Centigrade). Overall I only see two problems in Thailand. The traffic & the hot/humid weather otherwise it is the best country on Earth.

Love that drive mechanism - simple - windscreen motors driving a single pole, less cleaning than with the flat-rack method, the chicken retains its shape and the poles are long-term durable (racks break)..

I just watched your video again, and it's even better than the first time. Guess what I'm grilling this evening in S.Louisiana? Yes, some big leg quarters that have marinated in spicy hot garlic & habanero sauce for 24 hours. I hope it's as good as yours.

But they are sold out everyday without tourist. And theres only 200 a day. They have been doing this for years. i think different country have different culture way of doing things. I know it doesnt looks clean compare devalop countries. But thats how they do..

Wow, these people are so smart! And I would love to try the rice just plain nothing on it maybe a few spices here but no other food in there. 😊 I used to not like international foods, but I’m actually starting to open my pallet a little bit.
