Another food idea - canned food for 24hrs? I could be wrong but I don't believe I've seen a greater variety of canned food than in Japan. Also if you ever make it to Osaka, there's a canned food "restaurant" as well.

I'm primarily an English-speaker, but can understand some Spanish. I did not know that bola was also a word for ball. I've only ever known the word pelota. What difference, if any, is there between "bola" and "pelota"?

@@anthonynelson6671 Bola refers to more to the shape (something spherical) while pelota is more specific, like for balls used in sports. If you wanted to say ball of rice, for example, you'd say bola de arroz instead of pelota.

Mudan, did we hear correctly? You do not like eating fish? And, you chose to live in Japan for one year knowing this? Why not make it a goal to seek out foods that are fish that you might have a preference for since you're in such a great country to find good fish?
