He said meat doesn’t fill me up as much which is true veggies and rice can be super satiating and meat has more calories for less space so his mindset there is correct but meat doesn’t digest fast no matter how you eat it so actually if they had eaten a ton of meat and salt they would have won this along with water cause meat doesn’t digest fast and salt holds 100 times it’s weight in water so basically meat oil salt and water would make them bloat for sure!!

Not gonna lie, this is disappointing XD. I've gained 8 pounds in one sitting before at a sushi buffet. Even just drinking 60-80 oz of soda (easy on the stomach for me, and no lactose, high calorie) and eating a bunch of salty foods (retains water easier) should easily be 8-10 pounds right there

Lol yeah my strategy would have been to eat the most fattening foods possible all fucking day, at home and be bed bound, and make sure the food stays in me long as possible (as in no diarrhea incident like Sheldon lol). Also eat ur fave foods so ur more eager to eat them. I am surprised Sheldon gained tho considering his diarrhea incident lol.
