Got to be honest. The guitar works great, flawless even. The singing isn't real. You've used auto-tune to alter you're voices, which ruins it, because an acoustic session should never be auto-tuned. Leave that for likes of Rihanna and Lady Gaga.

I think a better question would be why does Yellowcard drop it a full step when they play it live? For the life of me, I will never understand why people freak out when people play a song in a different key than the original. It's a cover, not a carbon copy of the original song.

Yellowcard drops it because Ryan's voice hasn't been the same since surgery (I'm sure you know that). But it shouldn't matter when anyone changes the key. If it means the singer can sing comfortably and hit all the notes without destroying their voice, then so be it.
