Ono's "Oh No!" Sushi Roll Challenge 

Helping to kick off the brand new "Oh No!" Sushi Roll Challenge at Ono Sushi in Kenosha, Wisconsin! Challengers have 1 hour to finish a huge 4lb sushi roll stuffed with soft-shell crab, shrimp tempura, poke, eel, cucumber, avocado, and more! The roll is served with a steam basket of dumplings; mine included yaki gyoza, veggie gyoza, and shrimp shumai. Winners receive their meal for free, a groovy hoodie, and a spot up on Ono's Wall of Fame!!
