I set the aging speed and aging speed at .75 and set the Batter Dev Speed at 1.1 and also the Pitcher Dev Speed to 1.1, The Talent Randomness I set personally to 125.

For Coach Face Gen Pictures I choose All Coaches/Scouts/Managers.

I change the talent randomness to 125 just so some of the guys drafted in the later rounds can be stars
