Exciting! Already pre-ordered OOTP 25 and so ready for the Development Lab! Plus it was exciting to hear how they changed the way players are evaluated with more statistics being brought into the mix behind the scenes. Sounds like this is going to be an overall improvement to how the AI behaves.

Reminds me of Inside the park with the workout schedule and reading books for boost. If you did it right player would develop faster and gain in potential.

Will be following this closely. OOTP is an every other year purchase for me. Which means '26 would be my next purchase. But if this new developemet system is that big of a game changer might have to reevaluate that choice.

I wish I had just a little bit more usable vision because this sounds like a lot of reading which is something I struggle with, but I am a bit of a keen idiot when it comes to baseball and this seems like a fantastic way to play with numbers and learn and explore the game of baseball in a very different way, concept is extraordinarily intriguing, especially to be able to go back and play with my childhood team… Very cool and I will be keeping an eye on things, pun completely intended
