Opel Astra SRI review | Why it's the ONLY Astra you need to consider! 

Mark Thank You. Don't know about You, but for some reason this Opel [Vauxhall in UK] deserves to be a success. Design is good overall. Give or take. Drive-trains, safety and the like are up with the best. Just needs to get past the badge snobbery. Look at the Corsa, selling very well, see them everywhere. Not least the e version. However the 308 will be it's main competitor with many still going for the driver's favourite, the revised Ford Focus. Again goes to clearly illustrate the need for a [so-called] compact really isn't there. Oh, i read a review which said rear indicator was practically ''invisible''? Your experience? Thanks again,

Think it's a beautiful car even from the side. Don't need curves everywhere. And that colour... I'm drooling over it.

It's higher, but ..a lot better looking. Hopefully the drive is as decent as the old H GTC version.

Funny that people think this astra is bland, previous astra's were possibly the blandest cars around, only to be found in church car parks.

Saw the odometer and infotainment display on one at the dealer. Think my tamagochi back in 2000 had a better quality plastik that what's around those displays. Really really a piace of crap design and quality in that area. Don't try to copy Mercedes jeez

So it's an uglier Peugeot 308 with a worse looking interior. Hmmm.
