This server is in error as the bottle should always be held by the towel and a hand should never be in contact with the bottle since it warms the wine and this causes the wine to bubble out theatrically.
The video says "pour a small amount as a taste measure for the GUEST" but the list at the end says to pour the taste measure for the host. This is an obvious contradiction... Am I correct in assuming the taste measure should be for the host?
First time I am seing tasting champagne and napkin always should be on the arm and you must open the cork using napkins.Sorry for my english but video is not so good. Greetings from Turkey..
Very well done.....for the most part (8/10). First mistake which it does not show, sparkling wine should not taste, you can see the colour and bubble extension (as a server to realize the wine is in good shape), second is you never touch a customer's glass. Over all, very good job!
