@@Kashmir_explorer786 Yes, that is well known by me. (I am working at a hydropower river station with more than 100 MW) But what´s the sense of those two swinging parts letf and right of the flap? We don´t have those.
@@jkausg Those look like pawls to lock the flap shut. They would have engaged the small blocks at the top corners of the flap, keeping the flap closed while the hydraulic system is depressurized.
