Elder Andersen teaches that as we faithfully pay tithing, the Lord will open the windows of heaven to pour out blessings upon us.
The windows of heaven open in many ways. Trust in the Lord’s timing; the blessings always come.

The blessings of paying tithes are tremendous! The funds that are given make the world a better place by meeting the needs of countless people.

Please enumerate the blessings, because we have a habit of stating this abstract platitude and then never saying what exactly are these illusive "Blessings", or to deal with those who faithfully pay tithing and still have their houses pillaged and robbed.

Whatever we go thru, He promised to never leave us or forsake us. "Behold, I am with thee unto the ends of the earth" and always. We are not paying anything. It's God's money and he's letting us keep 90% 14:12

Eternal life, is the greatest of all blessings, which come from showing God and mankind love. This includes paying God "our money," which really belongs to him.

Yes, the Lord loves a cheerful giver and among the other Christian World, it is clear the blessings of those that pay tithes. Not just monetary blessings but safety, healing, and contentment. Gods word is Gods word and those that love the Lord shine all over the world 🌎

I have had blessings poured out upon me that MUST have been from paying tithing, but one in particular which I currently am enjoying is my "desire for more material possessions [have] diminished" (9:46). Thank you Elder Andersen for helping me see this blessing.

I love the blessings of paying tithing. I also love that my donations are shielded from an often insane and immoral government.

Hi Brendan, It's sometimes easy to think things like, what does my tithing do for me which is understandable, but what we should think about much more is how we can use God's money that he is letting us keep 90 percent of to bless mankind around the world. If you and I want to know one of the ways we can make this world a better place, we can donate our tithes and offerings. Some of the greatest blessings I received by donating tithing is more faith in God, wisdom, and personal peace. I didn't receive so many temporal blessings, but we can't carry these with us when we die anyway, so those don't matter as much. God bless you brother!

@@nathanbanks2935 yeah ok and? Let me inform you all I get is SSI and food stamps and yet the church says you must be self reliant and if you pay full tithes you get more opportunities for jobs. And I am a full tithe payer and this so called truth has never happened in my life. For those who don't know what SSI and food stamps get you is nothing but living below the poverty line.
